I have used Air Control several times for both heating and A/C issues. They are exceptional. They are professional, responsive, always on-time, and their pricing is better than any other company I've used in the past in the 16 years I've lived in my home. They are honest and fix the problem right the first time. I highly recommend them!

My technician Kenny explained everything as he made the repair to get my heat back up and running. He came out within 30 minutes of me calling to report my emergency. He was very professional, and let me know that parts are needed. I would highly recommend this company for all HVAC needs. Thanks Kenny!

A great local company that is quick and professional. They had my new AC system in before lunch and didn’t leave a trace. All of the their work is really clean and neat with an attention to detail. Ive always had better experiences with a local HVAC companies, and this was no exception.
They were very reliable, pleasant and explained everything that would be done. Came on time and cleaned up each day when they were finished. Our original home AC died and out heater was time to be replaced, we shopped around and found them to be very reasonably priced and provide us with finance options. We did not have to wait long at all to have the units completely i stalled. You cant go wrong, Kenny was on top of everything. You cant go wrong!
Had a great experience working with Air Control Heating and Cooling. Kenny and Gary are professionals, who came out immediately to diagnose my issue. The communication and follow up was outstanding, and they were able to fix my issue at a reasonable cost. Whenever I have a good experience with any service company, I pass along their contact information to friends and family. I will certainly do this with Air Control!!! A+++

I called Air control on a Wednesday. Prior to me calling I spoke with another company which informed me that they could get to me until Monday; I kindly let them know that would not work for me. This is when I called air control and spoke to the receptionist. She informed me a technician would call me back at 1:30 pm. Then I received a call from KENNETH MCNULTY. He informed me that in two hours he would be in my area and that he would call me when he’s getting close. And I received a text letting me know 20 minutes he would be at my house….I responded back OK. In the meantime I was traveling and got caught in traffic when KENNETH MCNULTY arrived at my house. I informed him that I was still in traffic and he let me know that he had another job he can go to around the corner and he would be back in 20 minutes. This gentleman could’ve just blew me off because I was not home when he said he would be there. Instead he was back in 20 minutes….. he serviced the air conditioner and let me know he had to get the part the following day. I want to thank KENNETH MCNULTY of air control for his integrity, professional and Prompt Service. I would used this company 1000 times over. Definitely five stars
We had a wonderful experience working with Josh to replace our HVAC unit. He was very responsive and the price was very reasonable. He came out and got everything done and setup for us and it has been working wonderfully since!

Josh and his team are top notch!! Josh first came out when I first bought the home in 2018 and offered a one over of the entire system, the AC, Furnace, Water Heater, Ducts, and Dryer Vent. I got a real feel for what I could be looking at for repair and or replacement costs. When the water heater popped and died one night, Josh was there with his team within 12 hours with a new unit and had us back up and running in less then a day. Josh has been honest with me when something can be repaired and avoid spending added money on new. We did the dryer vent clean out and you would have thought there was a whole sweater stuck in there before he had. When the AC Handler needed replaced, Josh was the quickest available unit and the best price by a few hundred dollars. not to mentioned he worked with a finance company that allowed me to spread that payment out over two years. At the end of the day Josh, Zach and John are team I trust myself and recommend any time a neighbor or friend needs some that will treat you issues personally, quickly and cost affectively.
Thanks to Air Control Heating & Cooling, LLC in Wilmington for installing our heating and air conditioning system. We had no heat and as soon as I contacted them, they were on their way. The team was very professional during the project and made sure everything was cleaned up. They did fabulous work and the install was finished in a day on both systems! Kudos to Ken McNulty and his team! I highly recommend Air Control Heating & Cooling, LLC for all my heating and air conditioning needs!

Great customer service! My service technician was very professional and empathetic. I called Air Control Heating and Cooling LLC because I had a problem with my heating system. He came out the same day, did his diagnostics and explained to me what needed to be done. He fixed my issue and the service charge was very reasonable. I highly recommend Air Control and Heating LLC.
