My husband and I have been using D&T for a couple years now. We’ve always had quality service but this year it seems like their tech Cody K went the extra mile . He walked through each room with a tester for the air and adjusted our air flow , we had poor air in a couple rooms . Let me tell you we don’t have to sleep with a window open now ! Ask for Cody he is knowledgeable and “ dumbs “ down the issue for home owners .

Our family had the misfortune of needing to have both the furnace and AC units replaced recently. D&T was able to have both systems installed in one day. From the time we first spoke to Dave S., to our communications with Stacie, up until the day the technicians-Mark an Zack- arrived, we were always dealing with professional, courteous and knowledgeable individuals, whose only interest is providing the best service for good value. Dave was great in establishing exactly what our needs were for a hybrid system and then offering options that fit our budget. The installation crew was prompt and efficient in the installation. They took the time to make sure we understood the components of the new system and how it works. Highly recommended
Went from a 92 % efficient unit from 80 % unit. D and T cost have of what the big box company tried to charge. Replacement was in one day.
This company is a blessing , I called two other companies before D &T and those two major companies tried to charge a scan even sell me a new unit. When we called D&T they were friendly professional , when the technician arrived he was professional knowledgeable he repaired our air in in 10 minutes , it was only a loose wired. I recommend this company to all and everyone call them first. They are legit , and a very caring company , not out to scam. Thank you D&T we will be recommending your company to everyone

Today was the second time They visited my house. Both times they provided a thorough and honest repair performance!! I was also impressed with the thorough explanation in the service provided both visits! Plus they make me feel like I am the only customer for the day and as the author of a an award.winning management book on customer satisfaction I am pleased with their world class customer service!! I will call them again!!

We had an excellent experience with D&T. Our salesman (Dave Spory) was extremely informative and helpful! The technicians that installed our new furnace and a/c unit (Ryan and Pat) were very prompt and professional, and also very informative! We would (and will) recommend D&T to anyone with heating or a/c needs! Also very reasonable!
Everyone I encountered was very professional and nice! From the lady who scheduled my appointment to Pat who came out and looked at my AC unit! He was on time and did a great job.

D&T heating and cooling was recommended by my Aunt and I could not be happier. Dave Spory took the time to accommodate my crazy schedule during this pandemic. He spent time to take me explain the project and answer all of my questions. He followed up in a timely manner when I needed further information. The team that showed up were genuinely friendly. They were knowledgeable and informative during the install. They took the time to explain the process and provided me with options to ensure I was happy with the look of the final project. I felt through out the entire project each employee wanted to do a great job and ensure I was satisfied with the work being done. From Dave (sales) to the 3 person crew that took out the old and installed the new (furnace, A/C & some duct work) were awesome. Very professional, friendly and explained everything that was done!
