The owner, Joshua, came to our house the day after we called. He was polite, professional, and thoughtful. Joshua was able to diagnose and fix the problem within an hour. He explained the problem, how he went about solving it, and the solution. The cost was very reasonable for his time, knowledge, parts and skills. I will definitely be calling him for heat or a/c in the future! I have had him back again, for an unrelated issues, and he continues to impress. I can't thank him enough.
We needed our air duct modified in order to allow for enough clearance to get a washer/dryer tower unit into our laundry room. Josh was able to modify the duct so that it was above the door frame so we had enough clearance. This also fixed an airflow issue that we had in the back half of the house that was caused by the original installation from the previous owner.

I had the luck of coming across Joshua and his company. From the 1st phone call, I knew that Joshua was going to be great to deal with, he even tried helping me on pointing out what the problem could be instead of just telling he would need to come over to see it first. So on Saturday night I told Joshua it would be best if he came by and he showed up on time on Sunday morning just as he told he would. Joshua located my problem and was upfront with the cost of it and even showing it to me on his screen. I moved to his house 1 year and half ago from out of state, being new to the home and state, you always struggle to find "your guy" for the service you need. I'm happy to say that I found "my guy" for my HVAC needs!

I had one of the major air conditioning/heating companies state that the compressor was not working on my ac. I would need a new air conditioner unit. So, I called my best friend. He recommend Air Advisor. They reevaluated the situation. They were able to resolve my problem without purchasing a new air conditioner. I am a single female. He quickly diagnosed our heating issues, recommended solutions and performed the install based on the schedule we requested. The bonuses of dealing with him? The job cost a fraction of what the bigger companies would have charged, and I am convinced they would have never solved the problem appropriately. We were not getting any air coming out of the vent in one of our bedrooms, and after having another company come out and tell us they would have to put holes in our walls to determine the problem, we reached out to Josh at Air Adviser. He answered on the first ring, and came out hours later. Josh quickly found that the source of the problem was that the original HVAC company had not finished hooking up part of the system. No holes in the wall needed. Josh helped us find the phone number for the other company, so that they could come out and fix their mistake. He will definitely be our go-to in the future! Couldn't recommend more!
