I wish there were zero stars - your company should NEVER hang up on someone without asking what their call is regarding. Absolutely horrible way to begin any relationship with a potential customer. Good luck to you, I'd consider firing your receptionist.

Long time customer of company. Owner did not like my questions, or requests after over 30 years of service and instead of talking about it, he dumped us. I would go with one of the many other HVAC companies. Stay away.
