I called on 7/3/23 and they had Anthony come out to tighten my tub faucet and replace parts for my toilet within 30 minutes of my call. Amazing response time and extremely personable. Very clear with pricing and options. Will 100% use again and highly recommend. Quick expert and professional service.

Needed the primary drain pipe for my house replaced in the basement section. They were in and out after pulling up concrete and pouring more in under a day. The pipes haven't leaked so they did a good job to me. Not to mention the people who came out were funny and respectful.
Our water heater died after 18 years (unheard of I know) we called this company and they came out same day and replaced the water heater and hauled away the old one without any issues. I highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs. The Plumbers Anthony and Simon (I believe that was his name) were professional and extremely nice!
I recommend Andy Wotton Plumbing to absolutely everyone. They are diligent, responsible, friendly and best of all they stand by their work. We have had numerous last second emergencies and they are always able to come right over.
They replaced a garbage disposal quickly, correctly and with a reasonable price. This company is great. You want to use them.

I hired a local company, William Perleoni Plumbing, to install a couple of bathroom faucets in my place in Berlin. On the day of the install two guys from a company called Andy Wotton Plumbing in West Hartford showed up, told me Perleoni had retired and they were there to do the work. They were at my house maybe half an hour, charged me $750 and I had to have them come back out when the one supply line was leaking. I based my decision to hire based on reviews of Perleoni Plumbing not Andy Wotton and I wouldn't have hired a company from 20 miles away to do the work. I think $1,500/hr. for a plumber is outrageous, especially since it took them two tries to get a simple faucet install right.
When I took a shower the water was gushing out of the diverter spout. Was told $1800.00 UM No I had a very good plumber who I have used in the pastt. It was $300.
Called at 9AM and Anthony was at the house before noon. Professional, friendly, and more than willing to walk me through the issue, how he planned to solve it, and anything in between. Second time having Anthony come to the house for various issues and will continue to be a repeat customer if I have more issues.
Once again Andy WOTTON (fabulous owner) plumbing came Thru for me w instant service call (non urgent) same day as request. Anthony was fabulous, very knowledgeable, explained everything & I was able to pay w Cc on the spot. Easy peasy during a holiday week! Highly recommend.

This was my first time using Andy Wotton Plumbing and Heating. I got an appointment within 24 hours. Syman arrived promptly, was very courteous, and remedied our toilet issue quickly. He experienced a hiccup which was quickly resolved. I am more than satisfied with Syman and appreciated the efficiency of their office administrator, and reasonable pricing. They'll be our go-to for any future plumbing issues.
My nana called him to help with a plumbing problem with a leak with her sink. He was able to fix it pretty quick and is very affordable and reliable

Repeat customer! Easy to get in touch when any need arises. Very transparent business which is very appreciated. Communication throughout service call was great. I had a deep pipe clog that was finally found in the basement and pushed out into the septic tank. Appreciate the teams effort to get my issue resolved. Will be a repeat customer for years to come.

Best experience I have had with a contractor/vendor in a while. Responsive, excellent communication and did a great job. I had a leaking water tank on a Sunday afternoon, left a message and got a call back that afternoon. Monday morning I was working with their coordinator and had a quote from them. Tuesday afternoon decided to go with them after being ghosted from a competitor. Wednesday had a new water tank installed. 10/10 would recommend and will be using them again.
