They fixed my central ac system before summer and told me everything was perfect and in running condition. And when summer started I turned the ac on it was not even cooling. I mean I don’t understand what’s really going on, tired of throwing money away
We were dealing with an old and failing A/C system during a sudden heat wave, exacerbated by “unhealthy” air quality issues. In spite of busy seasonal demand, Don worked to accommodate us, scheduling the job promptly. Patrick and Chuck arrived right on time; they were pleasant and highly professional, and set about installing the new system efficiently, and in a careful and craftsmanlike way. During the job, Don came by to observe and also to answer any questions we might have. As he had originally estimated, our new A/C was up and running smoothly, the work area left neat & clean, all within a 4-hour timespan. Again, special gratitude to Patrick and Chuck for doing a great job!

In April, Tyler Heating installed a new water heater for us. We were given immediate, prompt, same day service. Patrick and Johnathan were absolutely outstanding. Patrick arrived, he was well spoken, explained the job. They completed the job and quickly and cleaned up after themselves. The office staff was very nice with quotes and billing. She immediately sent a paid invoice. As a new customer, I could not have been impressed. Thank you so very much.

Had a water heater leak that flooded basement. They were able to provide a fair quote and send service first thing the next morning (competitor unable to provide quote or come out to assess for 2 days). Patrick & Donny were excellent - showed up early, were professional & friendly, and had the new water heater installed and the old one hauled off (up some tricky basement stairs) in under an hour. Highly recommend.
Excellent workmanship installing a split a/c system. Tyler’s technicians were on time, neat, communicative, efficient and very responsive. We were very pleased with the end result and highly recommend Tyler.
Plenty of communication before, during and after installation. Nice job cleaning up after their work. Workmen wete willing to do some small additional work while they were here for no additional charge. Follow up visit to tweak the new system was prompt and thorough. People at the office and in our home were all pleasant and cooperative. They did all the paperwork for rebates and warranty regiatration. Could not be more pleased with the project and followup.
The guys that replaced the boiler and installed A/C and a heat pump were great. Fred, Pat, and Chuck went above and beyond during the four days that they came and worked on the install. I had confidence in their work, and they were knowledgeable and professional. Donnie and Jeff also helped out to make sure that everything was up to par. These guys really take pride in their work and it shows!
I recently had the pleasure of working with Tyler & Co for my heat pump installation, and I have to say that they did an amazing job! From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that the installation was completed to the highest standard. I want to give a special thanks to Donny and Cida at the front office for their help with all the heat loan paperwork. They made the process so easy and stress-free. The installers, Vincent, Chris, Pat, Fred and Chuck, were also exceptional. They worked tirelessly to install a complex heat pump with an auxiliary furnace and water heater. I was particularly impressed with their work on the exhaust venting through the crawl space. It was a difficult task, but they tackled it with expertise and precision. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Tyler & Co. They were reliable, efficient, and friendly throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-notch heat pump installation. Thanks again to the entire team for a job well done!
Just like others have said. They used the service call as an opportunity for sales. They turned off our heating unit in January and told us that we would need a new unit for 10k. They said the unit was melted and we had a carbon monoxide leak. We got a second opinion and none of that was true. We spent two weeks without heat, thinking that we had no other choice, just to find out that they lied. Update: Both of our carbon monoxide detectors do work. The other company showed us that even with the carbon monoxide detector inside and working in the unit, the unit doesn't give off more than atmospheric levels of carbon monoxide. We were told by the other company that no services were performed on the unit, ie cleaning, flushing by Tyler, who said they did do the service and charged us for the service. We are considering escalating this if deemed necessary.
The team at Tyler just installed two Carrier Infinity air source heat pumps for us, and did an exceptional job from start to finish! Tom was very thorough in his initial evaluation of our home to size the systems correctly. Pat and Fred handled the 3 day installation in an extremely efficient, professional, and friendly manner. They answered all the questions we had, and walked us through all aspects of the installation, and operation of the system when the install was completed. We’re extremely happy with the job they did, and we’ll be reaching out to Tyler when the time comes to add a ductless mini-split system for a finished attic project.
In order to avoid the skyrocketing price of heating oil, I decided to switch to heat pump earlier this year. After a lengthy and exhaustive research, Tyler has by far the most relevant expertise and experience in air-source heat pump. The system is not cheap, but the installation done by Patrick and Fred is very professional. I am a happy customer.
Donnie and Cinda are so professional and pleasant when I requested an estimate, pricing and scheduling of the installation of a new hot water heater. Patrick and Fred were on time and snd did a great job with the installation. They were very polite and pleasant.
Updated 8/30/22 - Had to have my gas water heater replaced. Excellent service from start to finish. Called in the AM and was able to get the new unit installed that afternoon. They always send workers who are courteous and professional. They also do nice, neat installations. Updated 4/4/22 _ Just had maintenance on my boiler and mini-split units. I always have a positive experience with Tyler and today was no exception. Chris was punctual, professional and courteous. I had a 4 zone gas boiler and a two unit mini-split AC/heat system installed last year (2018). Everyone was professional and they all did a great job, from the sales rep to all the installers. Today I had both systems serviced. Again, excellent service, professionally done. Keep up the great work!
We called Tyler after our a/c stopped working. Jonathan came that very day. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He was straightforward in his assessment and got to the bottom of the problem. We did not end up using them to install a new a/c, but I would call them again in the future.
Called for an appointment on Wednesday, tech arrived the following day to examine my 20+ year old air-conditioning system. Tech went through the systems, some cleaning was done and found everything working ok. PS: this unit was hardly used the first sixteen years.
My Central air unit went out on the hottest day of the summer, so I called a bunch of numbers to see who I could get to repair my unit. Tyler's was the cost-effective for the visit and they were willing to come out the following day. They followed up and kept in touch, from the receptionist who answered the phone to the technician. They provided me with and explained my financing options. After the repair, they sent me a hand written card thanking me for my business. I am pretty pleased with the level of service I received.
This is the second house I own where I used Tyler for A/C installation and updates. Ryan and Chuck came out and did an awesome job installing my new heat pump system, installing new thermostats and removing the old units. The system works great and I am pleased with the entire process from quote to installation. I always go with these guys if I need anything for HVAC.
