Successful quote, install of replacement home heating system by Pack-Timco. The furnace is higher efficiency than my 28 year old one that was original to single family home. Great communication throughout the process. The install was with a talented crew who got me 'in business' on schedule. Very fair and clear to understand proposals. I would recommend.

Our geothermal system was installed by another vendor. We recently hired Pack-Timco under an annual maintenance agreement. When the A/C failed on our main floor, they sent a repair person that day. Jerry was able to trouble-shoot a flaw in the original installation. He discovered that the load was too much for the transformer that was originally installed. During his call, he was able to add a second transformer and things are working perfectly now.
Great company. Jerry reviewed what I needed, and then came as the lead installer with a team of two others, Javi and Andre. They were all efficient, competent, thoughtful, and great to have around. And they did a wonderful job!
Jerry did the maintenance, and he was very professional, knowledgeable, capable, and friendly. He is great at problem solving as well as knowing how to avoid future problems. Cannot recommend him highly enough.
Jerry provided excellent service. He fully explained what needed to done and why. He was very thorough and finished the job quickly and my dogs seemed to like him :) Pack-Timco in general is great. They provide excellent service and did a great initial AC installation.

Jerry has been our technician the past few visits and he always does a thorough job. He always makes sure our units are safely running and will bring matters to our attention on site, fully explaining everything. Someone always follows up when recommendations are made on a service visit. We have used other hvac companies in the past and we couldn’t be happier with Pack-Timco.

Waiting now for three months for a replacement part, paid $2k upfront. Was then told that its on backorder (COVID, Suez Canal and stuff) and was asked if I wanted another manufacturer. I asked which one and if mixing of vendors is advisable, which was two months ago and never got any response. Called repeatedly and also emailed. Nothing. Service calls are reliable (thus not 1 star) but this is quite disappointing. I would go with someone else now but I don't even know how to get my money back.
Jerry, the technician, was awesome. Really knows his stuff and did a great job explaining the work, how to get the most from our system and how to avoid problems in the future.
Jerry came to the house. Changed out the vent and cleaned up a clogged line. He also help put the door back in place after having had to remove it to get to the unit. He did a great job.
I have been a customer of Pack-Timco for over 30 years and I am so happy with this company. Not only are they knowledgeable but friendly, honest and so responsive. I always request Rich for our service maintenance. Rich knows are house, us and our pets. Last week our water heater stopped working and we called Pack-Timco at 11:30pm. We did not know Rich was on duty. Rich came right over.t. He checked everything out , made sure the gas line coming into the house was turned off. He reassured us we were safe and asked me to call the office in the morning. The next day on his lunch hour he called us to see how we were doing, told me he was just checking up on us. I just can not say enough about Rich, he is super!
Office scheduled us on short notice. Jerry (our tech) was friendly, attentive and did a great job.
Rich, who normally services our AC/heating system is always punctual, professional, knowledgeable and certainly a pleasure to do business with. He always goes above and beyond in any situation.
