Absolutely horrendous customer call center skills. Ask them about air purifiers and the second you end your sentance they start bringing up fees and service charges and more drivers fees. Absolutely disgusting. Wouldn’t talk to this company .
Called to see if they would give me a quote for new HVAC system , and water heater replacement. They want to charge for two different techs to come , plus trip charge . lol
I had to call for my elderly neighbor who is hard of hearing, they came out in under 2 hours and the technician was very good and patient while explaining everything to my neighbor. I would definitely Call them again!
I called to set up an appt. which I was first told was 9am. Only to be told the day of that there was a 2 hour window. So this window would now would be 9a -11a, so why did the guy show up at 12:15pm, UNACCEPTABLE. I lost my whole morning waiting, I've had a better response from the cable company. This was the WORST experience EVER, and when the guy got here he tells me it would be $350.00 just to change a $25 valve.
The technician Chris was thorough knowledgable and skilled. He adjusted furnace , thermostats and A C. And made recommendations I could trust.

I called solvit to take a look at my furnace that was making a funny noise, I spoke with ashley who set the appointment for me, she is very polite and understanding. She was able to get a technician out to my house almost immediately. When Chris H came to look at my furnace he was able to point stuff out that I would have never seen or knew about. You can tell he is very educated and cares about his job and quality of workmanship. He took care of some issues at the furnace which could of been harmful had I not called in. Chris I am thankful for your work and you did an amazing job, thanks again Solvit!! I would definitely highly recommend them to my family and friends.

We just moved into our new home and we needed an electrician. Joe D. came out, was very professional & more importantly- listened to what i needed and provided his expert recommendations based upon my concerns. I've been meeting with different companies & various people for multiple projects during the past few weeks-- some good & some pretty horrible... I can clearly say that Joe D. is a top notch guy to have work for you!
I have worked with SolvIt for my heating and cooling issues in my house for about 6 years. Massimo a technician from solvIt took a servuce call for my house due to not having heat. We were without heat over the weekend and he came and fixed the problem in record time. He was very thorough and kind. He figured out the problem and then brought me back to my heating system and explained in detail what went wrong. I really appreciated the extra time he took to discuss the problem. When I have future problems with my heating or cooling systems I will continue to call SolvIt.l
Great service! First, Solvit called me to remind me that a free electrical review was part of our service plan with them and asked when they could come out. Their rep, Joe D, did a tremendous job reviewing our electrical panel and system and recommended upgrades and safety improvements. He even was able to complete one while he was there. In addition, he was very engaging and displayed a pleasant and friendly attitude. Look forward to continued service from them
Joe D came to the house to fix our lamp post. He was very professional, got right to work, and told me everything he would be doing. Solvit is a great company, a little pricey, but I would definitely hire them again.

I was happy that this time when I was contacted that the technician was on his way, that he actually arrived within the time frame that I was given. Matt A. was extremely thorough and answered my questions regarding concerns I had about my heating system. I would recommend him to others and feel that he has done the best job servicing the unit out of the other two times I had it serviced.
Massimo and Jeremy came to our house to do the annual furnace and boiler cleaning. Massimo noted that one of our smok-pipe elbows was cracked and needed to be replaced - I tracked one down while he was cleaning the combustion chamber on the furnace and he installed it. (A previous repairman had put some tape over the leaking pipe rather than telling me that it needed to be replaced). Massimo also noted that the combustion chamber on the boiler was extremely sooty and speculated that the previous repair person had not cleaned it. He took the extra time to clean this combustion chamber. Massimo took the time to make sure our boiler and furnace were in tip-top shape going into the cold season - thank you for taking the time to do such a good job.
I was able to have someone over within an hour of calling and the electrician was very personable and easy going and worked to give me the best rate and best service he could provide
The inspection and then installation processes were both above and beyond what I was expecting and we're very satisfied with the repairs made to our boiler and our new water heater.
The Solvit team of Rebecca V, Aaron A and Chris T were all prompt, professional and easy to work with. They were able to successfully address the electrical and furnace issues.
