Temp Air installed a new Carrier system for me 5 years ago. The system itself has not worked well but every time there is an issue their service is responsive and thorough so I'd say they stand behind their product which is a compliment.

Temp Air has now cured all the deficiencies noted below. I am now a happy customer!! Initially outstanding and then very disappointing. Their price was very competitive when they quoted the new Carrier A/C. But then, even after a few phone calls, they never finished a small piece of the installation and, though they quoted a credit from the electric company, they never sent the forms I needed to get the credit. Honestly, I needed very little to make this review fabulous... why would they not fulfill their promise and make a customer happy?
