Would give 6 stars if I could. Had the pleasure of hiring Jimmy for a project and could not be happier that I did. He's professional, excellent at communicating and great at what he does. He'll be the only plumber we'll use from here on out. If you're looking for a plumber, he's your guy.

Excellent service, highly recommend this plumber! We had a leak that we had other plumbers look at and couldn't figure out for several months. Jimmy communicated well through email and arrived on time. Although he was here for a quote, he was able to find the origin of the leak and fix the problem within 30 minutes. He will be my go-to plumber from this point forward, friendly and professional service. Allstate Mechanical is the way to go!
Do not hesitate to give Jimmy a call. I've used his services numerous times for various plumbing issues in my house as well as rental units. All my experiences have been 100% positive. He's very responsive, professional and will go above and beyond. In one instance, I needed a shower handle replaced. He took it upon himself to reach out to the manufacturer of my shower handle and discovered it was still under warranty. They ended up sending out a brand new one at no charge! Stop wasting your time looking for a new plumber and hire Jimmy. You won't regret it.
Jimmy always does a fantastic job for us! Not only does he respond quickly, he gets the job done right, expediently and charges a fair price. There hasn’t been a job too big or too small for him to tend to. Truly, we cannot say enough wonderful things about Jimmy and his company!

Phenomenal customer service and extremely quick to respond! I had an emergency hot water heater leak and Jim came to the rescue! He was able to come the same day to assess the situation and within a day and a half a new system was installed! Would highly recommend their services to anyone in the area.
I highly recommend Allstate Mechanical. Jimmy is very courteous, professional, and true to his word. He returned my call promptly, was right on time, clean, and highly competent. He is also fairly priced. Very thankful I found this gentleman.
I highly recommend Allstate Mechanical. I've had such wonderful experiences with them! Jimmy is a pleasure to deal with, responsive to my calls, very honest, and completely thorough with his work. He found a leak I didn't even know was there and fixed it for me without charging while he was working on something else in the same area. He also came to look into several issues and told me which were just fine as-is and which weren't. There are plumbers I've used in the past that probably would have pretended they were big problems so that they could make money off of me. I will only call Jimmy from now on for all of my plumbing work!!
Jimmy was absolutely amazing!! We are new to the area and needed someone to come fix our leaky sink. He called me back right away and came the same day!! I can’t tell you how glad I am we found him. Jimmy at Allstate Mechanical was the absolute best for many reasons. Number 1 - Response Time: He responded in exactly 4 minutes from my message. Number 2 - Told me that he would work with his schedule to give me an earlier time. Number 3 - After understanding my schedule restraints, called me and came 4 hours early to help with my immediate plumbing needs. Number 4 - Was extremely friendly to me and my 2 year old son. Number 5 - He gave me confidence that he would succeed. Number 6 - I had to take my 2 year old to the doctor's office and he worked and texted me when he finished. He was so friendly that my son kept calling for Mr. Jimmy at the doctor's office. Number 7 - Finished the job successfully and quickly. Number 8 - Charged a very reasonable price. I don't know why you would go with anyone else!
Jimmy and his team provided excellent service. Needed to replace my very complicated hot water heater system that also serve as hvac for heat and a/c, due to water leak. Its useful life was just up. I decided to go with Allstate Mechanical after seeing recommendations on a local mom's group Facebook post for plumber recommendations instead of going with my building's recommended plumber and I am so glad I did. Jimmy was quick in responding to my online quote request. He was upfront and honest. Gave a quote and stuck to it. He was at the job with his team from beginning to end. No additional costs along the way. I highly recommend Jimmy and his team for anyone's plumbing needs!
This guy is GREAT! I woke up to water all over the bathroom floor. I called him and he said, "I'll be right there." 45 minutes late he was finished! PROBLEM SOLVED! Did not impose an emergency call fee and gave me some great advice! Thank you, Jimmy!
Jimmy has helped us over the years with several projects including the renovation of three bathrooms and an addition. He was very professional, honest, reasonably priced, and very meticulous & clean! His team went above and beyond each time to ensure we were satisfied. I Highly recommend him.

Our sink and shower drains were not draining properly. We had many drain cleaning companies come to snake the lines and it was just a quick fix, not a permanent solution. No one was able to properly diagnose the problem. We called Allstate Mechanical and they were able to provide us with a permanent fix. So far, so good! Excellent service beyond my expectations. Will definitely use them again. Thank you so much.
