Elijah replaced my 20 year old water heater with a new one on the same day as the inspection without issue. He was knowledgeable and transparent and walked me through the whole process. Pricing was competitive as well. Cant endorse enough!
Isaac checked the system, and showed me the various areas of concern, explained conditions, described task to be done, and answered all my questions. He was patient with my questions and gave lots of fantastic information. endorse him.
The installers were on time, did a clean installation and explained the installation and operation of the system.
Frederick took time to explain the pros and cons of all products. He also shared the different discounts and credits available. He was essential in assisting me with which company to go with. I haven't decided yet but Frederick's presentation will support to make my decision easy.

work repairman Clenes Almonor was great and explained he did. professional and communicated well with customer. Took his time to make sure everything was working properly. Definitely I give him an A+ and would recommend him to come back on the next maintenance visit.

Kade and his team mate did a excellent project installing our new & heating unit, plus thermostat! They were and tidy and explained what they were doing well. Thank you all for a job well done and for finishing before the temps drop super low tonight! We are grateful!
Our repairman Andrew was great. He contacted prior to arrival and was on time. Completely professional, fast and courteous. One of the best service calls we have experienced.
After working outside all day we realized the stopped working. Kayden and Ronnie came after hours and did a terrifc job figuring out what was wrong and then fixing it all while keeping me well informed. They were professional, but also fun! The whole process was very smooth, would highly recommend and will definitely be using them again and hope I get Kayden and/or Ronnie again!
I contacted in the morning when I woke up to a broken unit and they were able to get a repairman out the same day. Mario was respectful and knowledgeable diagnosing the issue in minutes and replacing the bad part in another several minutes. Once the replacement was complete he thoroughly ensured was working and even checked out an unrelated issue I had been experiencing with my humidifier. Mario was exceptionally friendly even with the late night visit.
Terrance repaired the leaking pipes under the kitchen sink. Did a wonderful job! Was knowledgeable and helpful.
Charles and Solomon worked on the system. Charles took the tim to explain all job being done. The area was kept clean and as it was before arrival. I endorse them
We had new heating and air conditioning units installed in December. The onsite staff is skilled and knowledgeable about the systems they are installing. The business office responds in a timely manner and takes the time to explain. We also had duct and vent cleaning following the installation and were pleased. I endorse this company based on our experience.
Fall I have my furnace serviced to make sure it functions properly. I always ask for my work repairman from Laneys. His name is Dale T. He always does an excellent job and knows my heating and cooling system.
Furnace quit on a Friday night at 7 pm. Receptionist said a repairman would come later that evening. Francisco, the work repairman contacted in an hour to see if he could come out and showed up exactly when he said and called to say he had arrived. He was polite and professional. Showed me the problem he was fixing and told me how to properly maintain furnace condenser drain in the future. Took 2 hours to correct issue including 30 minutes post-repair to verify it was not kicking off. Charged only for quoted service call price. pleased from first call to exit of Francisco!
We received awesome service. Trane heating and cooling unity was installed the same week we ordered. The installation was done by Dustin and Nick. It was obvious they had been installing for awhile. It went smooth and quick. The old unit was taken off the roof and the new one installed, along with some fix to the duck work. It was finished by noon. I could not have been happier. Alexander made the initial contact and could not have been better. He knew the equipment and could answer all of my question. They seemed to really want to make sure we were happy.
Nick was helpful! He knew what the trouble was with our and explained everything since we of course had a lot of questions with this being our first complication in our home. We really appreciate his help & we are feeling comfortable in our house again.
Terrence, our repairman was great, personable and professional. Terrence gave me information that no one else has told me. It’s going to save me so much money by not having to replace my compressor prematurely because the irrigation system is rusting the compressor. I’m on the scheduled upkeep plan. It’s a awesome value and I trust this company.
Caden and Jack were great! Initially Caden arrived out to check problems and gave a fair estimate. Next day, Caden and Jack worked to clear and replace/repair P-trap & pipes into wall. Success! Both were professional and fast. Will call again if ever another complication arises.
