Both my fiancé and I were beyond satisfied about Bill and his services. We had a fridge that stopped working properly--the freezer and the fridge stopped pumping cold air completely out of nowhere. On Wednesday after hours, I called and left a voicemail to two places, and the next morning (Thursday), only Bill called back and left a voicemail. On that same day (Thursday), Bill came exactly at when he said he would, between 2 pm and 4 pm. In fact, he arrived at 2 pm and buzzed our condo unit to be let in as per our instructions. Since we only had one fridge, we were so grateful for his prompt responses and visits on both Thursday and Friday. During his first visit, he took a look at our fridge and ordered some parts of the same brand, and then he came back the following day (Friday) for his second visit and fixed our fridge completely. When Bill wasn't sure if the part would arrive on the following day (Friday), he promised that he would come on Saturday. My fiancé offered to pay Bill more for his Saturday visit if necessary, but he politely declined and explained that we only had one fridge rather than two or three, so he said it was unnecessary for us to pay additional charges. Very few people in this world were as honest and professional as he was these days, and we were so lucky to have him as our fridge repair man.
We were recommended this company through a family member that works for the city of Stanford. We had scheduled a pump down for our walk in freezer before transporting it a another location, it was scheduled and confirmed by the owners son through email. We rented a truck and hired help for the move which cost us over $700 for the day. Bills refrigeration said they will be there between 11 AM and 2:30 PM to do the pump down. They didn’t call or confirm that they will be on their way. After numerous times and emailed the company to see if there was any emergency or some explanation for not showing up . Lost time and money and do not recommend hiring them for anything. NOT RELIABLE AT ALL.
Waited a week to get fixed finally abandoned by them. So i would have to call another company. They already charged $150 per hour and what they fixed during that time stop working after the technician left. Called her dozen times to get a quote to repair but they were not interested. Utter waste service and never reccomend to anyone.
A family member of mine recommended that I call Bill’s Refrigeration and Air Conditioning when I was having problems with my home air conditioning system. I called early on a Saturday morning and they arrived to my doorstep within 60 minutes of me calling. They offer great friendly service and expertise at very competitive and very fair pricing too. Five stars all around. Highly recommend this family owned business to any residential or commercial customer. I couldn’t be any happier with their service!
Bill's Refrigeration was handling our HVAC and kitchen repairs when I took over the business. They are the only contractor that I have not changed in my tenure. When I call, they come, they fix it the first time, and it's done right! Tom the owner is an honest businessman, and Junior is a chip off the block. Ralph and Kelly are expert technician and I trust them with our business needs. Fast, reliable, quality first, and reasonable pricing. That's how you do business!

Couldn't be happier with the service or recommend Bill's more enthusiastically. Tom Jr. made sure we got the service we needed as soon as possible and Ralph went above and beyond to make sure the installation was done right with zero issues. A great experience top to bottom - a true team of courteous professionals.

Bill's Refrigeration & Air Conditioning installed a new walk in freezer for us! It works wonderfully and out preforms the old model. They are the first people we call when we need equipment serviced!
The techs over at Bill's are always quick to respond to my service calls, are courteous, and always recommend the best course of action for our refrigeration and AC equipment at our restaurants. Reliable, responsive and all done at at a fair price. Cant beat that! We have been using Bill's refrigeration for over 20 years now.
Bill’s is our go to. They never let you down. Prompt response and always an explanation of what the issue is and the best way to solve the problem. I can call or text at anytime and know I’m going to get a response which is so reassuring when you are in panic mode. They will be on the roof in 90 degree August heat if you need them, or take that cranky freezer to their warehouse location to run the tests in needs, leaving you a loaner so you don’t skip a beat!! True professionals, no need to search for another.
I have managed a deli for over ten years and have been using service from Bill's since the beginning. They have never failed to deliver the best service that goes above and beyond because they are the best at what they do. Having issues with appliances during peak breakfast and lunch hours can be stressful. Thankfully Bill's is always prompt and courteous when I need them the most. Having a difficult schedule to work around, they always find a way to provide the most dependable service for me in a timely manner. Tom cares for his customers and works hard to provide you with the most reliable service. I will continue to use them for all my commercial kitchen and air conditioning needs.

Bill’s was able to set up a new air conditioner system on my house from a single zone to a dual zone platform. The house is cooler than ever, and the higher efficiency models recommended by Bill’s had a minimal increase on electric costs. Their service, professionalism and timeliness were outstanding and I highly recommend them!
We have been using Bill's Refrigeration for many years and they are the best. My Father and Tom were very close and they are probably the two hardest working people I’ve ever known. As the general manager of a large health club, I have relied on Bills refrigeration and air-conditioning to maintain our HVAC systems for over 20 years. They maintain diversified heating and cooling needs for our spin room, yoga studio, squash courts, and a dehumidification system for our pool etc.Throughout the years I have relied on them for all of our needs and they have always exceeded my expectations! No matter what time of day, or day of the week, if we had an emergency, they were there to handle it! We have had many opportunities to use other companies, but I would never trust anyone else to handle all of our needs. They are professional, loyal, and have never let me down.
