I had a salesman come out for a quote and it was promised for the next day, It took me over a week to hear anything after calling them to find out where my quote was, when the salesmen promised it for the next day. Then I heard he got busy and will get it right out the next day. They lost my business, and it was for a furnace and replacing my AC units, which was for over $30k.
We needed a new hot water heater. Saucier came out to our home promptly, assessed the situation. Ordered a new water heater and promptly installed it. The technicians are friendly and very professional.

Saucier Mechanical was recommended to me when I asked for referrals for an honest company that could address a leaking on demand high tech water heater issue. I was visited within a couple hours the same day to determine the cause and solution. It was decided the unit was in need of replacement and the work was done a couple days later. Since the existing unit was still functioning, the delay was acceptable to give the company time to get the replacement unit and associated parts for this job. The technicians spent most of the day working on the exchange and even swept up the area when they were finished. The new unit is quieter that the old one and the install configuration is so good it looks like it was original. My thanks to the team and expect they will be my first choice in the future for HVAC and other mechanical work. Thanks, guys, for the support and care you brought to the job. Jaypug, Southington
We’ve been burned before by other HVAC companies. Saucier has fixed issues caused by these other guys and maintained what we have now. Punctual, affordable, and professional.
The responded same day on an AC issue, has it fixed quickly and back to spec in hours. Really liked both the experience with the person who took the phone call and the technician. Explained everything well.

This is something I SELDOM do, but I would like to compliment Marek, technician for Saucier Mechanical Services. Living alone and retired AND knowing NOTHING about AC/Heating, I called Saucier because if an issue in my basement. They sent out a technician Marek within 1-1.5 hours which shocked the heck out of me!!! Pleasantly. He came, checked out the issue, had all the parts and pieces for the repair and completed the job in no time. What was wonderful, was that he made sure my basement floor was dry and cleaned up. He was professional, pleasant, and very knowledgeable about his job. Looking forward to having Saucier do my Winter Maintenance this fall. Bravo Zulu!!
Last night with an impending heat wave one of our A/C units failed. In a panic I left messages and inquiries with a bunch of local HVAC companies including the one I had been previously using to service my units. Saucier was the first to return my call before 8am this am and had someone at my house by 8:30. Not only was my unit fixed it was done so professionally. David went above and beyond today. Explaining each repair. Showing pictures and taking me out to the unit to show me what needed to be fixed. He was upfront with cost. He was polite cleaned up and left my home exactly as he found it (except way cooler!!) and tolerated my curious two year old following him around for some of the job. Thank you Saucier and David - will be switching and using you for our routine maintenance moving forward as I’m still waiting on a call back from the company that serviced us just two months prior… Thank you thank you thank you!!

Didn't end up using them because i had another option, but they were courteous and responsive. I highly recommend them!
Experienced malfunction with our existing a/c unit at start of season. My wife called, a technician came out and advised the best option was to replace our vintage unit. Contracts were drawn up and agreed on. Work began during the hottest week this year so far. Early morning work began, we set up fans in the attic where the inside unit is housed. 1 by 1 three men showed up, Chris layed down drop cloths on the hard wood. Branden worked outside, and Adam moved the heavy units in the heat. Work was completed, my wife was educated in the functions, and operations of the new units. Several days later the house is cool and is an oasis from the heat. It was hot the day they worked, it was humid, being a worker outside myself, I know the struggle of the heat. Be sure to show your staff appreciation. We are beyond happy with the service. I will think highly of this company, only from dealing with service they worked hard and are appreciated. Gary & Amy
We replaced our (2) existing tankless hot water units with new state-of-the-art tankless units. Meticulous installation, very professional and knowledgeable technicians…could not be happier and highly recommend Saucier Mechanical Services!
