They are without question the ABSOLUTE BEST EVER in EVERY WAY! They put a brand new heating system in my crawlspace- not a fun job to say the least- and did PERFECT work with total professionalism. They do my annual cleaning with care and honest professionalism. They go above and beyond my expectations every time.
I ordered through cash oil and they connected me to Janazzo's. I ordered 200 gallons and when they delivered I didn't need the whole 200 gallons. I was left with a $68.00 credit. I called after I waited to see if the whole amount was going to be deducted from my checking account. I left a message that I would like my credit back. I received a call back that they hold credits for the next delivery. I called back and explained that I may never use them again and therefore I want my credit returned. The woman that answered the phone insisted they are the cheapest. I'm not understanding why I have to continue to ask for my credit. At this point I would never use them again. I don't recommend them and I'm sorry I didn't read the reviews about their poor customer service before I ordered oil from them. I will be reporting them to BBB I want my credit returned. How dare they hold my money assuming I would ever go back to them. I also don't know why I have to give even one star for this review but it's the only way it will go through.
Dishonest Company, Horrible Customer Service- Avoid! I paid almost $500 to service my oil furnace. While performing service technician cross threaded drain plug without telling me about or fixing it. After technician left, I noticed oil leak. When called company to report the issue, technician denied wrongdoing and they charged me additional $200 to fix the issue! Very dishonest and horrible customer service! Instead of owning up to mistake they had audacity to charge me to fix the issue they caused in first place! Avoid! I am not going back and will make sure to let all my friends to do the same. Shame.
Terrible customer service, they will not return calls or set up an appointment unless you enter into a service contract. Their motto seems to be IGNORE.
This people is rip off, no customer service, don’t use them.... volki
