Chris and his team has gotten me out of a jam a few times. very professional and clean installs. highly recommend MCK.
Unsure how this business has 5 stars to be honest. The only reason I am leaving 2 stars is because they showed up day of. Other than that, this is a total 1 star operation. We called because our AC unit wasn’t producing ANY cold air. They left saying it was an electrical issue - took the money and ran. Personally, I feel like they should have stayed and made sure everything was working fine… Made sure an electrician came over & everything was to our liking. Also not to sound like a brat … what kind of HVAC shows up and doesn’t have any filters??? We called an electrician over and they said everything was perfect. SOO we didn’t want to deal with MCK again so we got a hold of another HVAC operation and they fixed everything- just needed a REALLY good cleaning since we did a big remodel. I won’t use MCK again.
Chris and his team are not only the most professional and always on time , but make sure the Job is done with quality materials and pay close attention to detail..best in the business
Our central air unit stopped functioning on a weekend where the temp went up to 90 (because of course it would). After several calls to the bigger companies who were inundated and couldn't get here until late June, I found MCK and called Chris. He returned my call within 30 minutes, and thanks to a cancellation, he got here first thing the next morning. He and his partner were right on time, diagnosed the problem, fixed it at an incredibly fair price, and our unit is good as new. Will definitely use his services again in the future!
