To start... it's 85° here and our A/C is not working... for 3 days I have been trying to reach someone to service our unit... called multiple companies, including the one recommended by the manufacturer of our geothermal unit (the way we cool our house).... the earliest anyone would come out was 2 weeks from now, until I called Astacio-Sila.... no where did I see that they service geothermal.... but the gentleman who came out (the same day I called) was very knowledgeable about how geothermal works. My son used Astacio to install a traditional A/C unit a year ago... so happy I thought to contact them... could not be happier!
John worked very professionally and kindly. The price was higher than i expected, but it was an emergency repair even on independent day. thank you

I had a huge problem this week when I suddenly had no hot water. I called and was so happy when Luis and his partner came. He had done work done me a couple of years ago and I just felt confident when he showed up this time. Good service, professional, and everything is taken care of! I recommend Astacio without reservation.
Technician Calverton Duffus took the extra time to check everything about the system to make sure we were set for summer as well as show me how to keep our unit in good repair. We needed some expensive maintenance but I appreciated that everything was looked over thoroughly.
John and Will were amazing, they showed up promptly and did a great job installing my HVAC system and went over everything with me at the end. rhey made sure they answered all my questions before leaving.
Excellent service. Was able to come same day - was thorough, answered questions, provided immediate and long-term solutions and prices were completely reasonable. Highly recommend and will absolutely use this company again.
I received and accepted a quote in late April and was told the install could start in a couple weeks. 5 Weeks of waiting for permits later (2 weeks waiting for a zoning permit that was denied, then 2 weeks for the re-submission and another 1 week for a mechanical permit) I was told the mechanical permit was approved and in the mail and I would be called to schedule the install as soon as it was in. I did not receive a call the next week, and so I reached out on that Friday and was told I would be called by EOD. Again I did not receive a call. Over the next week, after multiple calls and multiple missed call back windows it took till EOD Thursday to finally get someone to reach out. Rather than setting an install date, I was told, they would not proceed at the original quote because the salesman made a mistake. Their new offer was simply to remove the "mistaken" discount. I did not proceed with the install. Edit 2: Contractor removed original reply, leaving my edit as I believe it provides additional info even without the contractor's response. EDIT to contractors response: 1) I apologize, but do not regret my curses. The first thing you told me after a week an a half of not calling me despite being told multiple time I would be called back within a time window (EOD Friday, EOD Tuesday, End of morning Wednesday, EOD Wednesday, ASAP multiple times on Thursday) was that you would not be honoring the original contract. I was justifiably very annoyed at your company. When you asked me to refrain, I did so and did not curse on our call on Friday. My language does not change the facts of the situation, which I kept this review focused on. 2) The original quote did not include individual prices for the line items, just a total. I was not aware that these discounts had been included in the quote. The were just listed as "install". Since I was getting a dual compressor system I did not find it unusual that there were two line items. This issue was not brought up till 7 wee
The entire team of technicians and installers from Astacio/Sila were a pleasure to have working in our house. Their workmanship and attention to technical details were exceptional. This install was done without any damage in the house and a complete cleanup at the end. The system they installed is so quiet you barely know it’s running. A HVAC system is only good if the installation is good and they are the best.

Calverton came to look at our AC system today. A previous company checked it this morning and couldn't figure out what was wrong. Calverton figured it out quickly and I'm sitting in some nice AC as I type this. Super happy customer right here!. 5 stars forsure!
Luis Quiceno provided the best diagnostic service for me today. He was professional, knowledgeable, polite, and well-dressed and he was able to come a the company a day earlier than I expected (same day). Luis knows obviously know his stuff and offered several solutions to my problem. Asatacio | Sila Heating Cooling Plumbing Electrical has an informative and complete website and employs the latest technology. A human (Ana) answered the phone on a recorded line. Very computerized, they sent a text with the name and a picture of Luis before he arrived in a well-marked truck.
Anthony recently helped us with a number of plumbing issues including a leak in our well water feed. He was on time, professional and communicated well with us each step of the way. It was our first time using Astacio, but after this experience, they’ll be our only call for future needs. Highly recommend.

Robert is the consummate professional. I had an emergency leak from my central air unit that had flooded the immediate area and showed no signs of slowing down. I called Sila around 11pm and Robert was assigned to my emergency. I can’t recommend him enough. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and cause of it, had all the equipment and tools necessary and incredibly considerate of my home. He explained everything thoroughly to me, including cost for each service and the pricing is very reasonable given the circumstances. I was able to go to sleep with peace of mind after Robert wrapped up. Sila saved my home from any further damage.

We moved into our home last summer and had not yet identified a company to service our 2-system air conditioning (the company we use for heating oil and furnace maintenance had a ridiculously expensive AC plan). Based on a referral from a neighbor, we set up an AC service maintenance contract with Astacio. Less than a week before our scheduled maintenance, we came home to find a significant leak from the ductless system. Astacio managed to have a technician out the day of my call. Chris Sollicito arrived and soon put my mind at ease. He was very professional and I could tell, highly experienced. Ultimately, he was able to resolve the problem with the ductless unit through routine maintenance steps (thus no extra repair charges). He then took the time to perform the scheduled maintenance on the central AC system. Along the way, Chris explained what he was doing, patiently answered my questions and provided tips to increase cooling efficiency. What a reassuring first-time experience with Astacio! We’re all set for the summer and are so happy we followed our neighbor’s advice.
The staff was very professional. The work was done in a timely fashion. They were very neat protecting my rugs putting throw covers on top of them. The staff showed me how to operate the unit and thermostat. They were very friendly and accommodating.
