If google allowed I would give 0 stars. Not dependable and not professional. 2 months ago scheduled appointment to give estimate for new system installation. We agreed on date and time and when that day came never showed. Never called to reschedule or even to explain what happened. I tried calling multiple times to find out what was going on and when they could come back out but no response. Something fishy about this company. Stay away!
Fantastic execution in replacing my oil furnace, very polite, showed up on time, worked hard, and produced a premium product. Also, replaced and installed my hot water tank with a hybrid tank. Very fair prices. I got several quotes from different HVAC contractors with competitive pricing, but it was Peter who I trusted the most, and I was right. They finished the job in 5 hours in one day (furnace + hot water heater) They are small company and it was a little tricky to get hold of them sometimes, but that is because they were so busy in peak season in Nov/Dec. Be patient, their work is worth the wait.
Set up service on a Tuesday, called Wed, Thurs, Friday and finally reached someone after telling them several times it was an emergency. They were never onsite for repairs. Then they canceled this order. Not very reliable and not recommended.
