Andy came right out this evening after long, cold day to get some frozen pipes moving for us. He was great, efficient and always so kind and informative!

Moving our NAPA Auto Parts store was a huge undertaking. I needed knowledgeable contractors who could get the job done timely and stay within budget. Andy Tzenis from Spartan Plumbing was the guy who handled all of our plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs. We made a plan for our sales retail area, warehouse area and offices on the second floor, then Andy just made it happen. Even though he made it look easy, I knew it wasn't. This was a complete renovation from the ground-up. It required Andy's expertise and ability to deal with many obstacles such as installing multiple roof-top air conditioning units in the freezing cold January weather - via cranes and the ever-present difficultly of getting back-ordered parts due to the pandemic. Still, he did what was necessary to keep us on schedule and kept us within budget. I could not be happier with the results. I highly recommend Spartan Plumbing - Andy is a true professional, one of the few who calls you back every time - committed, honest and dependable.

The installation of our new mini split was flawless. Andy is a true professional.. The installation went exactly as planned....on time, no mess, and the unit works exactly as promised. We really appreciated Andy's attention to detail throughout the process and the time he spent showing us how to get the best performance from our new unit.

We love our new mini-split A/C system! Andy is a true professional and expert in his field. Installation was very smooth - quick, clean, and exactly as promised. In today’s world it’s is not only a rare but incredibly fortunate to find a company and owner like Andy of Spartan Plumbing. He is not only an excellent plumber and hvac technician, he is an honest trustworthy craftsman. On two different occasions he has come and permanently repaired both my furnace and central air after a warranty company had sent other repairmen to repeatedly NOT get the job done. Like I said it is rare to find someone that I am so comfortable doing business with and trusting my most prized possession with (my home). I am a customer for life.
Highly-recommended! Outstanding service, at a level rarely seen these days. I called Andy about a problem with our central air conditioning system -- over a weekend during the summer. He had a full schedule of emergency calls to make, but proceeded to diagnose my entire problem over the phone and explain how I could fix the problem myself. I got the system up and running quickly, thanks to his direction, and he didn't even charge me for his professional services — which I would have happily paid for. We'll definitely be calling him when the next issue with our heating or air comes up!
I recently had a service call to Andy at Spartan Plumbing. He returned my call within a short period of time. I explained the reason for my call and he advised me on how to remedy my problem. His assessment over the phone was accurate but I still felt better that he was able to come quickly and fix my problem. I highly recommend Spartan Pluming and will always call him in the future.
Working with Andy/Spartan has been really easy, and he has done a great job for us on at least 4 projects over the last year and a half. He came highly recommended by our neighbor. He is easy to communicate with, comes when he says he will, and lets me know if there is a change in plan, etc. His work has been solid, no issues with anything he has replaced or fixed. He just replaced our hot water heater with a new hybrid model. He also has done two new faucets inside, two new low water use toilets, removed old, rusted on shower arm, put on new shower fixture, fixed an outdoor leaking faucet, and checked on the house when there was a freezing leak and drain issue. I am happy to have found a reliable and skilled plumber in the area.
I'm so grateful that a friend gave me Andy's name a few years ago when someone else told me I needed to replace my a/c system. I called Andy and three years later my old one is still going strong. He is reliable, thoughtful, responsible, and he really cares about making sure that all my equipment is running smoothly. Would give an extra star if I could!

I moved to the area about a year and a half ago and, call me a fool, but have struggled since day one with the very large company the previous owners of my home used. I cannot tell you how many service calls I have scheduled, parts I have purchased, or times I have tried to explain to them that something with my system was amiss, only to be told that I didn't understand how forced air systems work. At the end of my rope, I started researching local companies and found Andy at Spartan. Though it was far from a slam dunk, Andy took the time to listen to me, to ask questions, and to examine my system and my complaints with an open mind. Not only did he come up with a solution, but he made me feel like a reasonable person during the process (unlike those other guys). Slowly but surely, I am cultivating my own team of professionals I can rely on and trust, and Andy is definitely someone on that list. Follow up: Finally got an electrician out here to move a thermostat as Andy suggested, and my first floor is now regulating the temperature perfectly. First time in almost two years that I have been comfortable in this house, and I have Andy to thank for it. Ten stars if I could.
Absolutely recommend Andy! I made the mistake of letting my oil tank run dry and had sludge in my line. Andy was able to come early in the morning to fix our problem! He was personably and wonderful to work with. I will definitely recommend him to everyone. We have had so many people come over and try to sell us extra services or talk us into purchasing expensive upgrades. It was nice to have him come fix our problem without spending a fortune!
Spartan Plumbing HVAC was great to work with. Andy was honest and up front about timing and costs, and the total amount came in just under his initial estimate. I found him to be honest and fair in his suggestions, and his workmanship was great! We had a whole house humidifier installed and Andy took me through the options for installation and gave suggestions but final decisions were up to me. He is fair in his pricing and dealings, and did a great job. Will certainly use again when I have any plumbing or HVAC needs. Thanks Andy!
Came out late on a Saturday before a major holiday which in and of itself is remarkable. Then fixed everything we needed and insisted on staying longer to make sure that issues were taken care of. Really just top-notch service all around!
