We are very satisfied with Candlewood Valley ! The workers are very courteous and protected all the furniture and floors with clean drop cloths. They were very efficient and finished on schedule! . I would highly recommend them !
Our 30 year old Carrier AC started making strange noises and was ready to quit. Got quotes from several suppliers and Candlewood Valley quoted on a Goodman and a Carrier system. JR from Candlewood was very responsive and got the quotes to us quickly. We choose the Goodman, and literally 3 hours after we told Candlewood that they had the job, the existing Carrier unit quit. Called Candlewood to see when they could install the new unit and told them of the Carrier failure. Since it would take about a week or longer to get all of tha new equipment, and since we anticipated a heat wave over the next Bill from Candlewood came the next day to try to get the oil unit running. He was successful so we didn't have to suffer through the heat wave. New unit was installed about a week later, and JR and Bill did a great job. I would highly recommend Candlewood Valley for any HVAC work
We had to replace our furnace and air conditioner. They gave us a free quote, and were able to get the job done without issue. They were careful to put down drop cloths and removed all the trash, including the old units. Friendly people! A+++++
