Jarren is always responsive and pleasant. He installed my boiler a few years ago. He helped us pick the boiler we wanted and installed it. He services it every year to keep it run efficiently. He answers the phone if I call with an issue or to order oil. He is prompt, courteous and efficient.
Have always felt taken care of and a priority with Personal Energy. Prompt service calls, always on time, quality work performed within prescribed time and to budget. Recently had a furnace and air conditioning system fully replaced. Both work perfectly and are a significant improvement.

Great service, super reliable and fairly priced
Needed a new oil tank in the middle of busy season. He was able to get it done in a couple of weeks when others where saying a month. Competitive prices, efficient, and a better set up than previous. Will definitely be using them for any future issues
Great company. Quick oil delivery. I get customer service plan every two years well worth the peace of mind. I have a 3 family house and Jarren has helped in the past with other units sometimes at no charge.
When I moved to New Britain 3 years ago, I did some searching as to who to use for an oil delivery and service company. After discovering that the majority of companies that I received mailers from were not even within the same state, I found Jarren's company. Jarren and his staff are always up front, on time, and above all, honest and sincere. My first year in my own home, I had an "after hours" emergency. Jarren answered on the second ring, and quickly and efficiently set my mind at ease. I never have to worry, as Personal Energy Company always knows when I have to top off my oil tank. Very reliable company. On top of that Jarren is a knowledgeable, honest, hardworking, and overall good guy who is patient enough to take the time to explain things to you in a way that is easy to understand. 5/5 highly recommended
This guy is extremely rude and extremely unprofessional. He gets up set that we have to keep calling him out to fix the same problem. If he would only fix it correctly we wouldn’t have to keep calling. Such a nasty attitude.
