We truly appreciated the quick response to our need for AC service.
Did water heater install. On time, friendly and efficient.
I contracted Sippin to replace my old furnace and domestic hot water system. The sales representative was very helpful and informative when deciding on what system to install, and was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, including ones that were related to other future projects. The installation team was very professional, did their work in a timely manner, communicated well during the installation and were willing to show up after installation on short notice to fix a minor issue that popped up. System looks and works amazing, and I greatly appreciate the work of everyone involved. I will definitely continue to use Sippin's services in the future.

Installed expensive but faulty equipment. Its 'service warranty' is done so the firm trying to get me to pay for more services to figure out why equipment is not working and would not help me with the equipment warranty process. Customer service is declining. I will not recommend this company going forward.
The tech arrived on time and proceeded with his work once announced. Advised me of the status of my oil burner and hot water heater upon cleaning and checking it out under my yearly maintenance plan.

We had a whole House generator installed. We’ve used Sippen for many years and they’ve always been good. The generator install has been very confusing. The lady in the office told us it was our responsibility to set up the inspection even though we were told that Sippen would handle all the details. She seems very annoyed with us. The whole process has taken quite a while with a lot of confusion, costs a lot of money and we felt kind of like we were bothering them when we called. The excavators were so nice and smoothed it all over. If I knew what I know now, I think we would have gone a different direction for the generator install. They have been a very reliable service to us for fuel delivery for many years. Maybe this is just a one off type situation. (Update) The town inspector came for our final inspection. They failed to also schedule electrician to be here so now we wait again to be finished with this project. They asked me again if I wanted to handle the logistics of scheduling. I don’t, that’s why we went with sippin.
Did a great job, found an issue we didn't know we had, and now we are set for 2024

Installed new heating system and hybrid hot water heater for me. Since the original installation the hot water heater has failed twice. Technician was on-site within one hour of my call. Working with his manager and the manufacturer, he arranged for a replacement of the entire unit at no charge to me. I'm a Sippin customer for life.
I highly recommend Sipppin. They are professional, personable and accommodating with whatever specific needs you may have. In addition they honor veteran's service.
Brandon was able to get our thermostat back up and engaged properly and also checked the others to make sure that they were working.
