Why don’t you teach your drivers how to be professional while behind the wheel of your vehicles on 84. C129168 I believe was the plate with your logos all over the van changing lanes without signaling, getting behind people and throwing his arms around like a little baby at 8 am. I used Argus for many years and was always happy with them. However, they use an answering service for customer inquiries and their responsiveness has been severely lacking in my recent experiences. I had Tom come out to give me a quote for a new central AC system after mine died last summer. He came out at the end of September and still has not provided the quote 7 months later. This despite me following up about 5 times with their answering service. The other HVAC companies I’ve contacted all responded within 2 days or less. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

The technician was great! He traveled to the store to obtain the parts we needed and ran additional checks on all parts of our system. Very diligent!

Very professional and knowledgeable.
I have used Argus several times now, a few for maintenance and once for a water heater replacement. I have had lots of trouble getting in touch with other companies but Argus made it super easy by texting me and they were very responsive. Their work was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful in explaining exactly what was needed and why.
Sunday morning I woke up to no heat and indoor temp of 55. Called and got answering service. Call returned in under 5 minutes. Tom said he would be here in 15, right on time and up and running all in under an hour. Thank you. You are the best.
