Cristian Mano lead the Modern Heating and Air Conditioning service crew who installed an HVAC system in my condo. I found he and his crew efficient and effective in their installation, as well as, being respectful and professional.

I called on the hopes to get someone within in the week the day before the Fourth of July. I was lucky to get an appointment where Mike came within the time window and was quick and honest. I was able to then get my AC fixed the day after the holiday. Again, quick and on time. I have used Modern for. Few years now and very happy!
The technician Drew arrived on time had great communication skills, advised us on different aspects of our system and was very courteous. All aspects of the service and company are 5 stars.

As a recent first-time home owner, I’m glad I gave Modern Heating & Air a call. They’re always responsive, professional, and my guy Victor takes the time to explain all options to me/ answer every question when a fix is needed. I had my furnace and a/c unit replaced and Cris, who led the install team, did thorough work, was on time, communicated with me throughout the process, and was respectful of my timeline. I couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received.

we have used Modern many times. Always prompt and respectful of our property, they are flexible with appointments. The technician who comes is very polite and thorough, doesn't rush and always makes time for questions and will do little extras if he can.
Matthew was very accommodating with scheduling my maintenance. Victor arrived promptly and was a great communicator. He explained everything and was extremely neat and clean with his work. A+ experience.
We had 4 other hvac contractors look at our property and modern heating and cooling were the only ones who came up with a solution to our problems. The other contractors all had suggestions for expensive upgrades of equipment when the problem was the ductwork. Modern fixed it and solved all the issues that we had. The workmen were all very polite, neat, knowledgeable and efficient.
