Panella's installed a new toilet in January '22, 7 months later I have a major mold smell and can't see why, soo I find a leak under the floor ging into my cellar, I call them to come fix it and he claims "he didn't install this one"- LIAR!! So I get a bill of $140 for a "reset" of my toilet!!! RESET??? Why afte only 6 months does it need a reset- because it wasn't done correctly the first time!! The receptionist IS VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL!!! No customer service in that business AT ALL!! DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING they don't stand behind their work because theres always excuses on their end!!! NEVER AGAIN
I own a small business in Enfield. Panella's was used and recommended by the property management. I am responsible for the routine maintenance of our roof top ac unit, which wasn't working well. Panella's was scheduled to work on it, and they claimed that they serviced the unit, but I never saw them, and it wasn't working any better. Their receptionist was rude and I didn't hear back from them for a week after leaving a message a day. I received a bill for the work they claimed they did. They told me that the unit was packed full of dust and work was still needed to get it working again. The receptionist even told me that the crew wouldn't go up on the roof in the heat! In the mean time, I hired AirServ. They quickly responded to my messages, were polite, and honest. They took photos of the areas that Panella's said they worked on to prove that nothing was done. The ac unit was not packed full of dust. It had a broken fan...that's all. Panella's charged me for many things that were not done, including replacing the 4 filters that they said were packed full of dust. You can see by the photo that there are only 3 filters, and none of them were new. Don't let Panella's scam you too! Contact AirServ. I can't recommend them enough!
I have tried to get a quote to replace the filter and strainer for my oil tank for about 2 weeks now. Not only have they not responded, but whenever I called, they always say somebody will call you back. It takes about 3 business days for somebody to call back. They already have my information, phone number, address, etc. They have asked for it every time, it's not worth the hassle. I recommend going somewhere else.

Had a funny noise coming out of my shower and the nice guys at Panellas fixed my issue. Came in worked hard, fixed my problem, very clean with everything. Would highly recommended and definitely call again.
Not sure who I talked to at this company, but whoever I spoke to was a lifesaver. My leak problem was turned down by a local company and another company that couldn't come until the next day, both over 4 stars for enfield. The plumber I spoke to walked me through my problem and told me it was an easy fix. Said it would save me a load of money. What a great and noble guy he was. I was able to fix the problem in less than 4 minutes. He explained why it happened and how to fix. What more can you ask for. I will call these guys first next time!!!! Thank you Panella's Plumbing & Heating. You have a new local customer even though I hope I don't have to call back for a while!
