The installers where professional and knew what they where doing. They where respectful of my property and treated things like they were in their own home. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a new heating or air conditioning system.

Steve Viglione Jr. Home Comfort Heating and Cooling 64 Thompson Street East Haven Ct 06513 I recently had the pleasure meeting with Mr. Steve Viglione Jr. of Home Comfort Heating and Cooling to update my heating and domestic hot water system. I was told that I would be pleased with the crew and craftmanship. Home Comfort Heating and Cooling were great! During install, they came when they told me they were coming and were flexible with my schedule. Did a great job installing a new system and coming back for a minor problem. Steve/Dino were great!!! Very transparent answering all my questions Always left their work space clean when they left and were gentlemen when I would pop in checking on their progress. For anyone looking for knowledgeable, modest, and kind professionals to work on their homes, this is the company you want. Customer Service is second to none when, I called the office I would always speak to one of the ladies in the office and not a machine. From start to finish, this was a 5 star experience! Steve, the owner, explained everything to us at point of sale; office staff was great at scheduling and assisting us with eligible rebates; Steve, Eric, Tyler and Ortane were excellent during installation- personable, knowledgeable, patient with questions, and respectful of our home. Highly recommend!!!!
Horrible company! Very very unprofessional. If you have an issue with his service he would do anything in his power to not be accountable. He does not call back and when you call from a different number he will pick up the phone and refuse to service you. Then proceed to hang up in your face. If I could give ZERO stars I would!!! Stay away!!

3 people came to the house including the owner, to give me an estimate on some work. Called them 3 times and still no one has gotten back to me. Very unprofessional. Been 3 weeks now. If you don’t want the job just say so.
After equipment delays and communication issues, I was delighted when the team of Eric, Tyler, Steve, Kyle and electrician completed the work carefully, efficiently, and pleasantly. Wish I'd taken a picture of them working in the afternoon rain under the blue patio umbrella! Great teamwork and clear explanations of how to use and care for the system. I can highly recommend Steve and his crew. He installed a new air conditioning system 3 years ago. The system was not working yesterday in the middle of the summer. He was quite busy but made a special effort to come out today and fix the system. We are very grateful for his prompt response as my son's family including twins are coming to visit this week. Not only did he fix the unit promptly, he did not charge me for this repair. Now that is service. Thank you Steve. Gerald and Linda Alexander
I received high recommendation of this company from my friends when my split unit was broken during the hot summer time. Steve is very helpful from the very beginning. We replaced our old oil heating system with a new gas system. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! The quote was by far and away the best. The crew was professional, they were neat, they protected my floors, & cleaned up after themselves. They even humored my 7 yo son when he challenged them to game of basketball! The new system is incredibly quiet and works well. I am over the moon happy I found this business. Thank you, thank you, thank you! 😊
Had split system installed, very happy with it. Got comparative quotes for install; Home Comfort Heating & Cooling were competitive, best pricing. All workers on the job, including the electricians they partner with, were polite, knowledgeable, informative. Job was done with least amount of home intrusion and mess possible. I recommend them, and would use again. Several neighbors are planning to use them too, and others who have already used them were equally satisfied.

Steve, Justin, Eric, and Tyler removed and installed a new furnace for us. They worked hard all day, dealing with our icy, awful driveway and got the job done earlier than we expected. We are so grateful for them and this company. We are warm and cozy now!
They never showed for the appointment. Made other arrangements with different place. They showed up. Very disappointed in Home Comfort Heating.
What a great place this is .Had no heat in the house spent a weekend day talking me through the whole process . I highly recommend using him. . Robert was so professional and did a great thing by not letting us freeze or our pipes freeze . Thank you again .
