I can’t say enough about Lou …. He was so kind to come out on Sunday and he came out with in an hour of my call. My air conditioning was not working. He fixed the problem immediately!!!! Smart … kind…. Professional. I’m lucky to have met him and will definitely call him next time I need. Along with just regular annual services.

I am very pleased with the Fast response and timely in coming to fix my finance AC. I have two bulldogs and they can’t be left in the heat. My AC decided not to work and Louie didn’t hesitate and sent one of his men to save the day! I would definitely use and recommend this company again in the future. These guys were great. They replaced my air conditioner and my heating system and zoned my upstairs so that it's on it's own thermostat. They came everyday and always protected my floors and carpets so not to make a mess. They kept me informed on what they were doing each day. Their price was definitely better than some of the estimates I had gotten. I recommend Lou and his team very highly.
Called with an emergency and they came out and took care of our water heater. In 1 1/2 days. Everyone was professional and worked in a timely manner.
Just had my old central air unit replaced yesterday; the process went very smoothly. Lou and his crew were very easy to work with. They were able to arrange for a crane to come in and remove my 1970’s unit and replace it with a new one on the roof (condo complex requires rooftop units). The estimate was substantially lower than another local company. All around a good experience.

This guy is legit, I had about 3 people who came by to give an estimate, he was the only one who actually took measurements of the rooms and size is the windows to fit the best system for my home, he even went out of his way to help me with the electrical even tho it wasn’t part of the work. Today reliability and good service is rare, I would insist using this guy. He also communicates and is understanding, unlike some people who only talks about money if something goes wrong. Appreciate his work and would use him again on future projects!
Lou was professional and friendly. He came to assess our heating system that is older and was previously dismissed by another company as having no options. He offered a solution that would work around the issue that has now ultimately made a significant difference, allowing us to run our heat at a lower temperature and uniformly warm the space. He provided a lot of education around our system and ideas for future needs. Would highly recommend him to anyone who asks!
Out of seven contractors, Accuray was the most competitive bid given and the only one that was delivered when promised. On installation date, they showed up on time and completed the work ONE day ahead of schedule. An absolute pleasure to work with. Thank you Louis.
These guys were great! My ductless was down and not working and I had renters about to move into my house. They came immediately and fixed the issue all in the same day. I would highly recommend
I have used Lou and his team now for multiple jobs and for my family as well. I have done business with many contractors over the years there is no one that is as professional as Lou and his team. He installed a HVAC unit in my server room at my business and found mistakes that were from previous technicians left and he fixed it .I trust him and his company with any work that is needed to be done and know it will be done with honesty and perfection.
I would recommend accuray mechanical to ANY and EVERYONE! on December 14 Lou and a couple more guys came to my home and installed a brand new heating system. I converted from oil to gas and it was a smooth seamless process for me from beginning to end !! The guys were so professional knowledgeable and respectful in my home. Their work is impeccable ! They really know what they are doing and do it right and don’t try to take shortcuts .The heat in my home has never worked better!! Lou even reached out the days prior to my conversion when I had no heat to lend me space heaters and then again after the conversion was finished he reached out the next morning to make sure everything ran smoothly that night. It’s the kindness and respect from a small business that makes this company stand out. I also used this company during the summer for an air conditioning issue and was very pleased the first time also which made me use their company again. Thank you so much to the guys at AccuRay and Lou personally for really caring about the customer, and going above and beyond!
Lou came out on a Sunday night to look at the issues I was having with my central air. I thought that was over and beyond the call of duty. Anyway, he installed my new hvac system with a heat pump and it’s working beautifully. He banged it out in one day! I would definitely recommend Accuray Mechanical.
Had Central AC during a 90 degree day in June. Called in the morning had a service call in a day. After a full inspection of all my equipment I was shown exactly what the issue was with my system and given all options. We decided on Replacement and it was scheduled very soon after service call. Highly recommend Accuraymech for professional service and reasonable prices.
Lou just installed a central air system for me. What a terrific job! Very knowledgeable and professional. Stayed true to quote. Wish all contractors were like Lou.. Would definitely recommend him to friends and family.
