One hour heating and cooling it’s called. I called at 6:45 PM because our AC stopped working. I got the answering service who said a technician would call me right back. 13 hours later we got a call from the local office. 13 hours later. Terrible. Never again.
I simply looked up a heating company on the web and needed help soon. The heat was not running and it was not a simple problem. One hour stuck with the problem, bought in a more senior person and on the second day solved the problem. They replaced a electric board thought to be the problem a when then discovered the real cause put back the old board and did not charge me for the new board because it was not the problem. they were honest and very skilled.
We love Norman!! He was incredibly kind, had a great attitude and walked us through what was wrong with our furnace!
I was very pleased with the service I received from a technician named Norman. We both had a lot to talk about and learned from each other. I purchased a wise thermostat and wanted assistance to get it installed. He did a great job on that in addition to providing a thorough test of my furnace.

My husband and I had a terrific experience with this HVAC company. Everyone on the staff was kind and courteous and respectful - from the "director of first impressions" (gal on the phone when you call) to all the different techs that came out. They all wore shoe covers and cleaned up completely when they were done. Our job went on for a long time but only due to supply-chain problems and even then they kept us posted the whole time which was very appreciated. We had several contractors come out to give us estimates on this installation but the owner of this company is the only person that told us about government assistance loans we could apply for. So a big thank you from Amy & Bill to you all! We would definitely recommend this local company.
I have a been a loyal customer and their response time to my needs have been phenomenal. From the front desk to the technicians they provide complete transparency into all the work that needed to be done. Not once did I feel like I was being overcharged and I was always educated on what was needed and how to maintain the units going forward. I regret not being on their customer program because it would have saved me even more money.

Norman came in time . He not only did excellent job on my 2 furnaces but explained to me all steps and why it is needed . I will recommend him and will call them as need it again for services.

Fast and reasonable
Awesome customer service great total experience. Called other companies they said maybe next day some said next week we had no heat/hot water they came in one hour. Jim the tech was awesome would recommend them to anybody
We had an excellent experience with them. We just had natural gas installed (replacing propane). They converted the furnace and added a line for a new gas range.There was a lot to coordinate between this company and Eversource. They were on time and efficient. The workmen from Eversource even said they did an excellent job.
God forbid you have a refrigerant leak, they'll refill your system without even looking for a leak, then they'll come back in week to inject a stop leak fluid (because they don't have it on the truck same day), stop leak which works in vast majority of cases as they tell you doesn't work in my case of course so they need to come back and refill the system again and inject dye but won't do anything else. For the following week they offer to come back to locate the leak but won't fix it same day of course. Basically, they'll do anything to come back for 15 min, charge top dollar but not actually fix anything.
The utmost profession service for my furnace. We had water damage and they were extremely helpful as well as completed the replacement in a timely manner. They go far and beyond . Their work was clean and neat and were meticulous with every task. Excellent company!!!
