Had annual AC maintenance done and asked if leaves and debris were cleaned from the AC unit outside and he said yes. I checked after guy left and NO it was not done. Also based on history with Mr Giordano and installing system way back before new owners took over, went to these guys for some duct work and emailed them for months with no responses and then when I called they said they couldn't do it. Will be finding another AC company to do business with.
We are thrilled with our new AC and heat pump unit. Dave and the installation crew were true professionals and did a fantastic job. We would highly recommend them.
Dave and his team installed a new furnace for us. They were timely, professional, and easy to work with. Dave checked in throughout the process, made sure we were set, and took care of every detail. They were amazing to work with…you won’t find better in the area!
David installed a Mitsubishi Hyper Heat unit for us. He went above and beyond coming back and staying in touch after the unit wouldn't perform up to my expectations. Everything worked out great in the end, highly recommended. Very punctual and communicative.

Have used them for spring services a few years. Then had a problem with my AC system. They replaced the thermostat among other things. While the system worked, I did not think it worked as well as it had been. When they came out for the next spring service, I asked and was told everything was in order and the system was working as it was supposed to. I was not convinced and I contacted another service specific to "Trane" systems the next the fall. The other service came out and inspected. They noted that the thermostat had been changed and asked why. Then they told me that this "new" thermostat was the wrong type of thermostat. Apparently, my AC system is a "2" stage system. The new thermostat was for a "1" stage system. They also told me that the second stage was disconnected. No explanation as to why it was disconnected. I now have to pay for another new thermostat as well as for them to reconnect the second stage and figure out if it is working.
Phenomenal service, the team at Giordano's is great. They're very smart and helpful and I couldn't be happier with the quality of work.
.I used Giordano's Heating to replace my AC and heating unit with Lennox units. They were both old and I wanted new units. Ed and Todd came over to remove the old equipment and install the new. Their knowledge and expertise were reassuring. They took the time needed to do the job properly. Ed was responsive to any questions that I had and took the time to answer any concerns I had. Ed was informative and explained each units operation. Todds attention to detail was outstanding. I have used Giordano"s for many years to maintain my equipment. Ed and Todd are great examples of the care and service that Giordano's Heating. offers. I highly recommend Giordano's, not only for their service, but their good prices and their great service.
I had an A/C and gas furnace replaced by Giordano's. Dave was very helpful throughout the process and the installers did great work. Overall, very professional and I highly recommend them!
Whoever was driving this car the morning of Friday September 17 2021 at around 11am does not know how to drive. Didn’t use proper turning signals and almost caused two accidents because of it. And because of him I will not be having this company back.

I can't say enough about this company. I switched over to them over 10 years ago for price, but it's their professionalism and responsiveness that have kept me very happy all these years. They pick up the phone when you call, they rush someone over in an emergency, they never over-charge and sometimes eat the labor costs if they come back twice. Highly, highly recommended!
Dave put in an entire new system for us and we are very happy with the results. He even had some good ideas about modifications to make the new system better that the old one. His company is very responsive and calls back right away when you have questions or need advice. Highly recommended.

I hadn't had my gas furnace serviced in quite a while. I made an appointment, the technician cleaned everything up, change the filter and told me my furnace was in great shape. Can't ask for much more.
Giordano's is a great company to do business with. I highly recommend them for any HVAC or heating services you may need. David was such an awesome person to work with. I plan on using them again in the near future.
Giordano’s “Dave” has installed a new on demand boiler last winter and has been running amazing and the quality of work that he’s done is immaculate. Dave just installed a new Lennox central air conditioner and has done another amazing job. I highly recommend Giordano’s to anyone that is looking for quality good work at an amazing price. He’s blown other quotes out of the park by an easy $5,000.00. He will not leave unless you are happy and satisfied and will always answer any question one might have. Dave me and my family want to thank you “Giordano’s” so much for the amazing work.
