My oil tank was in need of replacement. I called these guys and they were out right away to provide a quote. No pressure, just a fair and detailed quote. I always do my shopping and called around for other quotes. We went with them because how professional we felt they were and the pricing was fair. When it came to the job day, they were right on time. I was very pleased with the end result. I would recommend them to anyone needing an oil tank replacement. P.S. I am also switching to them as our heating oil provider now.
Reliable is professional. I had over 5 vendors come to my house and give me a quote when my boiler went after over 40 years. Antonio was responsive, informative, respectful and reliable. They gave me a quote, said they could do the job a week later and they were true to their word. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. As a female homeowner in Ridgefield, they were by far the best service, experience and value.
Great people. Have been using them for years. Rick, Antonio, Brenden, all great. Do what you need. Charge a really fair fee, show up on time. Super professional, know everything. It’s good as a homeowner to have a service provider you know is going to help you take care of your home. Fully recommend them.
Fast service an reasonably priced!
I had Brenden service our heating system. He was very polite, on time, vac. and cleaned up after himself. I have used them since I moved in 4 yr. ago. I have not any problem with them at all. The people in the office are very nice to talk to and help me with any problems. I would recommend this company 100%. V. Posca

Antonio and crew were very professional and always on time. Due to the supply shortage, some of our materials did not come in prior to our install. They worked overtime to try to source the materials needed for our install and they were successful! They did not leave one stone unturned. We had been on the schedule for eight months and Antonio went out of his way to make sure that the install happened. He and his crew made sure everything was perfectly done and that the install was seamless. We needed to box in one of our ducts and he recommended a contractor that he used regularly. Even after the install, he continued to check on us to ensure that the work was done and that we were happy. Antonio and Reliable Heating were recommended to me by a close friend that did an install last year in New Milford. I can’t recommend them enough and gladly give Reliable five stars!
This is a great company! WE have used them for many years. They have excellent customer service skills from the office staff to the technicians that service the furnace. They encouraged us to spend a few $$ to repair our furnace which probably saved us thousands instead buying a new furnace. They make appointments and keep them! We highly recommend them!

This is by far the best company I've ever dealt with. Antonio took the time out to explain to me what he was doing and educated me along the way on how my heating system works. From speaking with the nice woman on the phone ( sorry I don't remember her name) who scheduled my appointment to dealing with Antonio when he came to service my heating system. Also dealing with Rick years ago when they first started out everyone is just great and I will continue to use and recommend this company to everyone that asks. Thanks again for all the help !!!! Antonio and Reliable were great. Needed two 1980’s HVAC systems replaced—air handler and condenser units AND a bad DIY attic ductwork job. Called many places to quote the job. Many didn’t even want to touch it with a 10 foot pole. Antonio was a straight shooter while doing the quote—no film flamming like other contractors I called out. AND he gave the best price and professional advice. Really felt like he treated me like a family member. His crew did a great job as well as his electrical contractor (who did additional work we wanted at a fair price). If you’re someone who always researches and quotes for projects to the max (probably more than necessary) like me….trust me…Reliable is doing great work for a fair price.
Had my boiler serviced. Heat exchanger cleaned as well. (First time in 8 years - long story.) Antonio was polite and professional. He knows what he is doing technically I feel. Job was done in a neat and clean manner. In a dream, my boiler thanked me. Will use Reliable Heating again.

Reliable heating is unfailingly as it’s name implies. Fantastic prices and efficient reliable service, I honestly love utilizing this company for anything I need that they can do as a fairly new homeowner, the most recently being the case of a blown water heater that was VERY promptly remedied at a good price in an especially busy and stressful time that required quick action! Antonio and his group are the best, even calling the office to schedule often leaves me feeling warm and fuzzy as one can encounter so many unsavory companies and undesirable outcomes when navigating new home ownership and finding your trusted favorites. Left my family and I without heat and hot water, during a snow storm, and zero answers. When I spoke to the owner, he made excuses for his worker and had the nerve to tell me he was having a bad day. Worst service ever.
