Mark and Ryan did a wonderful job installing our new ductless heat/ac system. They helped us pick the best system for our needs, gave a very detailed accurate estimate, and did a very neat professional installation. I would recommend them without hesitation. I have an HVAC system that is 25 years old and I kept spending money to fix it but finally I had to replace the entire system . I researched several companies and after several quotes I chose AirTech of Branford and thankfully I made the right decision. They showed up right away and after 2 &1/2 days (including a storm) my entire system was replaced and up and running. This father & son business went way beyond what I expected. We have not utilized this HVAC company's services but certainly will if necessary. The reason for a five star review is because I was blown away with their straight forward approach and honesty. The man saved us hundreds of dollars while someone else would come right out and likely unnecessarily charge us for something that was not worth doing to begin with. Honesty is hard to come by, these are people you want to do business with.
Mark , Ryan and Rob did a wonderful job replacing my 55 year old boiler with the latest state of the art system. Their professionalism, knowledge and craftsmanship is second to non and I highly recommend their services.

Ryan came highly recommended by our contractor and we are so glad we used him. He was responsive, attentive and professional. Our furnace broke with cold weather and babies in the house. They counseled us on our options and worked late into the night to keep the heat on for us. Excellent service, trustworthy and friendly! Highly recommended!
Mark and his son (I think?) came to my condo within hours of calling them. I was very impressed they were able to come out the same day (and prepared to pay for that convenience), especially since it was the first really cold day of the season. They remained masked, even in the open garage. Very professional, quick, knowledgeable, and showed that they’d appreciate my continued business.. which they have rightfully earned! Call these guys!
