We had previously had Air Inc install our A/C and been happy with their service so when it cam time to replace our oil fired furnace and hot water heater with a propane furnace and instant hot water system they were the first on our list. From dealing with Nat who came out to our house multiple times to go over the choices and payment options, to Tracie in the office who handled scheduling and payment and to the installation staff we are very pleased with the results. We were given equipment details, the price and timeframe. Everything is as promised. We are very happy with our new systems and will continue to use Air Inc. in the future for our HVAC needs. Thankfully, just maintenance now.

Jeremy did a wonderful job doing the maintenance for my ac system! He is a very knowledgeable technician. I love hearing all the good and useful info he provides when I ask questions. He also takes care of my furnace. He always does a very detailed and great job either with maintenance appts or if there is a technical issue. I have been with Air Inc for many years now. The HVAC specialist, Monty, did a great job servicing our mini-split A/C units. Quick, knowledgeable and friendly. Job well done.
