My A/C stopped working July 2, 2023. My friends recommended A&S Nathan. They promptly responded to my call and very quickly and efficiently repaired my unit. As the parts were under warrantee, they took care of this also.
We had several things done/installed in one day. Ian was fantastic coordinating the entire project. Then he took time to explain everything to us. Heather in the office is so accommodating and helpful. They made the experience a wonderful one
Big shout out to A&S! Our fujitsu mini split was blowing warm air, called several shops and got the run around or no call backs. A&S was able to send a tech out the next day, THAT SHOWED UP and on time. Scott went right to work found the issue and fixed. Told us what the issue was and explained if certain things happened what kind of costs we'd see if they happened. Will definitely be calling them back when we want to expand this system to more rooms.
Really great job. The crew was here on-time, replaced the unit quickly, covered my hardwood floors to protect them, cleaned up and was so very polite and professional. We will continue to use and recommend A&S!
Paul & Wes did a great job! I could see that they had a plan in place and they working accordingly. The water heater selection was a great choice; and one the company stands behind.
We purchased and had a new Water Heater installed. I can't say enough great things about he company. They were on-time, did the job well, and at a better cost than others. I would hire them again in a heart-beat!
Impressed with the service from the start. Always responsive during the process. Four Techs came out 5/25/23 and spent the day replacing our outdated central air with a new heat pump/air unit. Yet to use the air but will soon. Thank you A&S Nathan!
Great team, the boiler installation went very smooth with very little interruption of heating to the house. the mechanics were very professional and organized. communicated every aspect of the job prior and after installation. very happy with the job they did. Thank you A&S Nathan team.

I am very pleased with not only the service I received from this company but with the prompt response from them in a time of need. I contacted them very early morning as I had no heat throughout the night and my call was returned within a half hour and a technician was sent out first thing. Scott arrived at my home and was very professional and friendly. The work done to repair my heat was only what was necessary and at a reasonable price. I feel they are very honest and they now have a customer for life! I will highly recommend them to family and friends!
I had my boiler replaced by A&S Nathan, their quote was fair, they came when they said they would and were very professional. I watched the entire installation and was amazed at how much effort goes into a hot water boiler replacement. It took 36 man hours and the Forman stayed and tested the whole system. A long day for all of them, I would highly recommend A&S Nathan to anyone.
The crew did an excellent job during my conversion from oil to propane. The work was of the highest quality and they completed it in a timely and organized manner. Their attention to detail was impressive, and I was particularly pleased with the way the front office managed the project from beginning to end. The crew was a pleasure to work with, and they were always courteous, communicative, and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a similar project. A&S is the real deal! I just bought a new home that needed work on re-wiring the thermostats. Other services attempted to fix the issue but could not get the job done. A&S showed up and within no time had the problem fixed and the heat back on. I highly recommend them.

After having an issue with our thermostats and heat, we needed to get HVAC out to help. A&S had the best reviews, and I had seen them highly recommended on Shelton's local facebook group. On top of that, our electrician said they are his go-to company! Ian and Colton came out today during the estimated appointment time (they send you a text when your tech is on their way), and they immediately got to work. I was impressed with how quickly they worked-- not rushed, but with intention. They were able to solve the problem in no time, educated us on what was going on, labeled our wires and helped organize them a bit better, and also had thermostats on hand they were able to install. We were very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. Will absolutely be using them as our HVAC company moving forward!
