I had a really great experience with these guys. I don’t have a lot of knowledge around furnace/ac systems but Tracy spent 30 minutes with me on the phone, answering all my questions and concerns before I scheduled with them. They were able to do an install within a few days, were on time to start, and finished exactly when they said they would. What I liked best was they kept me informed of everything they were doing, why they were doing it and answered every question I had. They made sure I understood the warranties and registering my new equipment and really made me feel very comfortable with this huge purchase. They were also very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
Rocky Mountain Air Systems is fantastic. They are so responsive and were out at our home 4 days after calling on a Saturday morning (and could have been out within 3 if we'd been available). They quoted 7 hours to get the job done for both AC and Furnace and were within 2 minutes of that target. The pricing is extremely fair - considerably lower than what you'd get from the larger local and national companies, we saved $5K vs. our normal HVAC repair vendor (whom we have a service contract with). In addition they went the extra mile to fix our steam humidifier - it was never installed to the manufacturer specs and they spent the time to review the manual, call the company and then relocate the system to a more effective (and compliant) location. I would highly recommend Rocky Mtn Air Systems!
Rocky Mountain Air Systems (RMAS) installed a new furnace today. Talked to Tracy on a Friday 12/2 and he walked me through the whole process and estimate. Was able to schedule the installation two days out and Tate and Ed showed up on time and did it in one day. All were very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend RMAS for HVAC needs. I will look to them in the future as well when my AC needs replaced.
Tracy and the team were stellar. I called a couple of times while I was trying to make up my decision of whom to go with and Tracy was professional and knowledgeable. He came out and gave me an estimate and we accepted. The day of the install, they were in and out in no time. We had a small issue, and Tracy was on the phone with me in the morning and came out in the late afternoon, spent over an hour and fixed the problem! A friend of our recommended them to us and we would recommend then as well. Regards
Rocky Mountain Air systems is a great local hvac company. Had them come out and install a new furnace in my dated condo. They came in well below most of the estimates i got, and did a very professional job. They did some extra work making things safe and code, even making things aesthetically good without additional charges. Guys were very friendly, on time, and were done in less than 5hrs. Awesome service and would definitely recommend them.
I used Rocky Mountain Air Systems to install a new furnace in my Denver rental last month. Just getting around to a review. I dealt with Tracy and he was extraordinarily knowledgeable, explained everything in detail over the phone and did exactly what he said he would on time and at the exact discussed price. I have been getting quotes as my 20+ year old Goodman Furnace fan was making noise and needed replacement. Given the furnace was over 20 years old I was told by various folks I should just bite the bullet and replace the furnace instead of spending a lot just to fix the inducer motor. So I got quotes over the last 6 months many HVAC people would not get back to me or return my call. When I did speak with them most would not give me a quote over the phone they needed to come out and look in person. I have a tenant so this is not something I wanted and I don't live in the state. And how hard is it to provide a quote over the phone anyway? All the quoted prices I did receive were outrageous and varied by thousands. I luckily saw Tracy's ad on craigslist called him up, said I had a Goodman GMT045 and Tracy knew the model number off the top of his head, knew it was a 45k btu unit and mentioned that Goodman makes 40k or 60k now. Anyway, to make a long story short, Tracy replaced my furnace exactly as discussed and in a seamless way. He did not try to upsell me but explained the pros and cons in a balanced way going with a Goodman again or Amana in terms of quality, cost, sound and longevity. Mind you I am a remote landlord but he made the entire process easy and my tenant is very happy with the new furnace. Did I mentioned he was the lowest price by a wide margin? Thanks Tracy and Rocky Mountain Air Systems for your great work and help! Highly recommend!
Good price and very efficient
Great service and friendly crew . Highly recommended
Outstanding customer service from the first phone call, system explanation and quotation, to the actual installation. The technicians showed up on time and had the installation complete sooner than expected. I plan on calling these guys when it is time to replace our furnace. I would recommend their services to anyone.
Tracy wss great communicating and took time to explain options and service. Install was quick and easy. Highly recommended.
Tracy and his team were great; they worked with me with some unique scheduling issues I had with other projects at the house happening at the same time and when the day came for the install the guys were on time and friendly and we had new AC unit and furnace installed and working before 4:00 PM. I would recommend Rocky Mountain Air Systems without hesitation.
Installed a new system in an old house, showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and was very professional and friendly!
Great prices, great options on utility units. Price included concrete slab, tax, and installation. They provide 1 year parts and labor. Any of your heating and cooling needs - this place is great!
The people here are a joke to the hvac industry. They won't honor their warranty and Tracey is unprofessional and has the worst customer service ever.called 5 times and left messages until they answered the phone .Ac broke after 3 years, quality of work is trash.there motto is not hvac repair and maintenance it's just sell you a new system when they don't know how to fix it.
BEWARE! Unfortunately we purchased our AC unit 3 years ago, and it now does not work. We have a 5 year labor and installation warranty, called in had everything set to go with an appointment. Then receive a call back, stating that they were NOT going to help us, because someone left them a bad review. Made up a story about our warranty being voided because we "cracked open the unit". Which is not true. This man is very rude, childish and not professional at all. From other reviews i wish I had seen sooner on YELP, wish i would not have purchased from here. From what I can tell their service don't last much longer than 3 years and with or without a warranty, they Do NOT service their customers - Diane Vigil This company is ridiculous. Because someone with the last name of Vigil left a bad response (with all the others) this is how the company reacts. I can't imagine I am the only Vigil in the Metro area. This guy Tracy, I do not know what he does there, but is so incredibly un-professional, and clearly does not know how to service his units only knows how to make a SALE. And from what I can see from other reviews, their units only last about 3 years. He states we tried to fix our unit. if that was so why would we waste our time with these sort of people, He just wants to have valid reasons, and all they have are excuses. So if you are looking for the purchase, than you may be ok coming here. But make sure you do NOT purchase any additional Warranty, as they do NOT and WILL not service your unit no matter when it was purchased or if you have a warranty. It's a shame the scammers in this company.
From my call to install, Rocky Mountain Air Systems provided a smooth transaction. They communicated regularly, answered all my questions and were easy to work with. Their pricing was competitive/better than others and made our AC install way easier than we imagined. Highly recommend!
I had Rocky Mountain Air Systems install a A/C unit for me and the whole experience was great! They have good friendly understandable works that were on time polite and will to make sure my unite was installed correctly! I appreciate the very professional job you all did and I am completely satisfyied! Would highly recommend them to all my family and friends!
We highly recommend these guys. We priced our furnace & A/C replacement with 4-5 companies and Rocky Mountain Air Systems beat them all. Their response time was faster, they didn't have high pressure salesmen trying to upsell me on everything. Their crew was on time, courteous, and careful to not damage anything.
Rocky Mountain Air Systems installed a new furnace and a new air conditioner in my house on April 18, 2022, within 3 days of me calling them for a quote. They were professional, courteous, on time and accomplished the work exactly as expected within a 7 hour period. Most impressively, they beat a competitor's price to install the exact same furnace and air conditioner for almost 50% ($8000) less than their competitor's quote! They also applied a $200 discount to my order for family members in the military and in nursing. I highly recommend you consider Rocky Mountain Air Systems. Their pricing is very fair and they did great work! It's nice to experience this in an industry that is full of companies that price gouge and take advantage of people in urgent need of help.
We had RM air systems install a brand-new AC system In our brand new house and less than three years later the A/C Does not work, Three different inspections including one from them and was told we need a new compressor. The technician from “RM”immediately tried to blame anyone he could for the system not working, Months later, after multiple times texting with the owner and him promising me they’re going to take care of it, I reach out again and the owner tells me I need a coil changed because the builder installed cheap coils and it’s going to cost about $1000 extra plus the $3000 for the AC unit So I ask why did they install the A/C unit with that coil if you don’t recommend it? he got offended and said we don’t want this job anymore and hung up. When I first reached out to the company, I wanted warranty work done on my system, I was going to pay for the labor and the system was supposed to have a 10 year warranty on all parts, I think they sold me stolen, used or a no good AC system and now they do not want to fix the problem. He told me to find another company because I asked a question, no arguments, no frustration in the conversations, just talking and this is what we came to, The owner hanging up because He don’t/can’t honor the warranty and work that was done. Save yourself time and money and do not use this company. You’ve been warned
