Chief and Scott are very professional and we are still impressed over a year later. Bought new furnace from them and they were very accommodating. Came home from out of town trip yesterday to cold house and called them after 5p fully not expecting to hear back until next day but Scott was at the house 15 minutes later - fixed heater and gave some preventative tips for future. We will always be customers of Thunder Construction due to their service, trustworthiness Andre service!
Horrible customer service. Spoke with Chief and he scheduled an appointment time during my work hours which was okay because I needed HVAC work done ASAP. Chief said he would call when he was on his way so I could meet him at the house. Never received a call when the appointment was supposed to be. I called him and he didn't answer so I left a voicemail. He called back 30 minutes later and said he could be at my house in 20 minutes. I left work and waited for him for 45 minutes after he should have been there. He never called to say he was not going to show up or to reschedule. I called him to see what the hold up was but he didnt answer. I left another voicemail for him to call me back that day but he didnt return my call. I gave Chief another chance since he was referred to me and saw the good reviews on the web. I called him the following day and he apologized and rescheduled for another day. He never showed up or called for the rescheduled appointment. Three times Chief failed to show up.
I called and Chief came with about an hour and the cost of everything was about $50 cheaper than it could have been somewhere else. Stand up company if the other employees are anything like him.
100% positive experience with Chief, Scott, and Thunder Construction. I contacted Chief in an emergency situation where a tenant's AC was not working in the heat of summer. Whereas other HVAC outfits could not come out for 3 weeks plus, Chief made time the next day. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and solid. He identified the many culprits and got it up and running. I have since brought Chief in to proactively check/service my other ACs and furnaces and fully trust not only his mastery and wisdom, but also his integrity.
Horrible customer service. Had an appointment, no call, no show, I reached out they wrote appointment down wrong and when I asked what time they could be out today I was told by Cheif they can't, they can put me in tomorrow, which doesn't work for me, exactly why I scheduled for today. I have an active leak, which was voiced during scheduling.
Chief was fast, efficient, honest and awesome. Our air went out on Monday and we had lined up a different hvac guy to come put in a new AC unit who told us we would have to replace all sorts of things and it would take two days and be $6100. On a whim I called Thunder Construction and the next day Chief showed up and told us we didn't need to replace the things the other company quoted us for and instead told us we just needed a new AC unit and he recommended a better thermostat and he told us he could do that in a couple of hours....now for the good part, his quote was $4000 LESS than the first guy!!!! For a unit that would only cost $300 less than the one the first guy was going to put in ( I looked it up and compared)! Thanks Chief for your integrity, fast work, and pleasant sense of humor! In this day and age it's nice to be able to write a positive review for someone and we are lucky to have found you in the yellow pages:) Air is running great! Tom & Tracy
Called Thunder Construction (Chief) for a furnace tune up. John came and completed the service. John was friendly, honest, and did good work!! Furnace works great now! I would highly recommend Thunder Construction for your all your HVAC needs!!
Fast friendly service! I called for help with a water heater issue and they came out to diagnose the issue the same day. I will be recommending Thunder Construction to everyone I know!
