Called because my a/c unit was not working properly, Jack came out within 20 mins of me calling and got my a/c unit running and operating at 100%. I will recommend and call jack whenever needed , didn’t break my bank and showed up when he said he would. That’s rare now a days. Thanks jack !!

I called Arctic West Heating and Cooling for a second opinion after another company quoted me a price for repair on AC. Jack came out the very same day and assessed the situation within minutes. I called jack to help out my dad with his heating issues, he was out there very fast to see what was going on. My dad is stubborn, and likes to do the work himself, but jack gave him honest advice and even uninstalled the part for him. I would highly recommend Jack to anyone who is in need of an experienced professional.

Jack was super professional and FAST. Cleaned my whole unit, went and bought a new gas valve, and had it installed all the same day. 10/10 would recommend!

Honest and did great work! Called another business 1st and they gave us an estimate ranging from $1,000-$12,000. We called Arctic West for a second opinion. 1st company did a poor job cleaning the furnace, I was amazed how much dirt and dust bunnies they did not remove. Arctic West came in and was able to properly clean and fix what was wrong for much less and in a reasonable time! Can’t thank them enough for their hard and honest work!

Jack is amazing! He has integrity and is very professional. I found out my ductwork in the crawlspace of our recently purchased home had large gaps between the ends of the sections. Jack came in as promised on time and went above and beyond to explain what process he was going to use to make the repairs. He did not take the easy way to repair the issue but instead took great care to wrap the open sections with metal and then added screws and tape to the ends of them. My house is so much warmer and I feel good about the fact I am no longer wasting money, but also not breathing air pulled in from the crawlspace. I would give him a higher than 5 stars if possible. Great young man with ethics and great knowledge of hvac systems. I highly recommend Arctic West Heating and Cooling!!
