Tu went above and beyond any expectations I could have anticipated. We called Tri City on Sunday morning the week of the 4th of July. Tu helped me to troubleshoot what I thought was a faulty thermostat. He even went over possible wiring issues and finally concluded he needed to replace the thermostat. After agreeing to replace our thermostat with a temporary unit while we acquired the new one, Tu found (after many trips from the basement furnace to the side yard AC unit) a faulty bit of wiring that had shorted the entire system. His thoroughness and diligence saved us a lot of money. Not to mention he is a nice guy to deal with. Thanks Tu! We are now Tri City HVAC customers for life!
Absolutely fantastic service. My mother-in-law's air conditioner wouldn't start this year. She was quoted $11,000 from lion home services for the fix and I felt like she was getting ripped off, so I called Tri-City. They came out the same day I called and figured out it was just a small issue with the thermostat. Final price came out to $95 and it was fixed that day. Chris and Brandon are great. A perfect example of what to expect from an honest company that actually wants to earn your business instead of screwing you for a quick buck. I will 100% be using them again in the future!
This is by far the best heating and air company I have ever interacted with. They have worked on our commercial building, and I have been using them for our house for the last year or so. They are always on time, very reasonably priced, and most of all FAIR and HONEST! We've used other heating and air companies in the past that only wanted to spend their time upselling a product, and not providing the service you call for. Every tech who has come to our house is professional, and extremely friendly. USE THESE FOLKS!

I recently went under contract on a home and the inspector found an issue with the furnace and I contacted Tri-City to come take a look. They were very responsive and were able to come out the day after I called. I appreciate Tri-City’s willingness to work with me as several other heating and air companies in the area refused to do the service since it was related to a real estate transaction.
Thiu came out the same day I called and thoroughly tested my vintage Lennox and cleaned the sensor, and now it's running like a top.

Highly recommend. Have had several services over the years; most recently an install of new furnace/AC unit. All employees provide the best customer service; everyone is knowledgeable, respectful, on time, thorough and authentically happy to help.
Our furnace went out on a Sunday morning. I called Tri-City and their man Melvin came out within an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor. He had the part in his truck and replaced it, and the whole job was done within an hour. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. The repair was very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this company.
Thank you Tri City!! We had another company come and service our furnace. Of course they found problems. Because it was under warranty the manufacturer wanted another company to come and inspect. Tri City proved that there wasn’t anything wrong with our furnace and changed all the filters that the first company didn’t. They saved us $1000.00. I appreciate a company that is honest and thinks of their customers. Melvin was a delight and explained everything to me. You have won new customers for life!!!
Excellent experience on the installation of a new AC. Brandon and Tyler (the installers) were very friendly and professional. Lots of attention to detail on an expert installation. The AC unit is extremely quiet and a good value. I would highly recommend Try City.
Again so happy with the service. In the spring the fixed my air conditioning and today they came out when my heater didn't work. My furnace actually blew out FLAMES and the tech easily found the cause, cob webs, and fixed my system.
Very polite workers. Cautious and tidy. Great installation job. Walked us through the necessary maintenance. We will use them for all our ac or furnace needs.
Greatly appreciate their professionalism, courtesy and excellent and meticulous service. They installed air conditioning and furnace for us. The work completed was very well done. Clean and seamless. Once done, they walked us through the whole process of what they did and the operation of air conditioning. They also picked up debris after they were done. I highly recommend them.
Darin and everyone at Tri-City is polite and professional on the utmost level! I had used Tri-City for our business in Fort Collins, and when we had an issue with a snake and our A/C unit at home, I called and they were wonderful and got out to us as fast as they could and fixed the problem. I highly recommend Tri-City, they are just good people who do great work!
Brandon the technician at Tri City was so competent and knowledgeable. He and his crew did a great job of installing a new heating and air conditioning system in our home. Our AC stopped working the second day of what is forecasted to be a week long stretch of 90°+ days. I got the number for TriCity from a neighbor friend, called and left a message on a Saturday afternoon and received a call back within minutes. Mel sent his partner out, who arrived right on time an hour later. Brandon was polite, professional, and got down to assessing the issue right away. He had diagnosed and fixed the issue within the hour and only charged for the emergency after hours labor, no additional materials charges and unlike a lot of companies, didn’t try to sell me any additional services or appliance updates. We will definitely be calling these guys again with any hvac problems in the future!
