Chris replied promptly and arrived same day for a quote. He showed up on the day he promised and completed the job and answered all my questions. Very professional and polite.
Besides diagnosing the problem correctly, the technician was honest and did not try to sell me on things I did not need. Chris took the time to teach me and helped me to understand how my system works. He taught me how to do basic maintenance for myself so that I would not be spending money in the future. Talk about integrity, Big Country has it in spades. I will go out of my way to refer him to others. Nice to know that people still care about people in the world today. Extremely nice and comfortable experience. Made me feel like I was in good hands from the time he arrived until he left. Go With Big Country. You will not regret it .
Big country HVAC service is excellent! I was very impressed with the owner and his quick responses, and transparency. The prices were great, and the install was clean and did not take long. The Owner is very personable and is well educated on all units and had answers to all of my questions. I will be calling Big Country HVAC for future services. Thank you!
