DO NOT USE SWAN HEATING AND AC FOR YOUR HVAC NEEDS!!!!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. My ac went out a few weeks back. I had technician Dustin Davis out who at first seemed like a stand up professional. He lied about the condition of my unit and was very manipulative. He said “ this is the absolute worst part of my job I hate having to tell people we can’t repair the unit” and quoted me 7k for a new unit saying it was beyond repair. I luckily had another company come out they deduced that I had a bad breaker $30 part and $200 in labors. My ac is working great now with no issues. The Tec Dustin also told me my unit was not under warranty where as the new company told me if it were to breakdown my warranty is still good for the next two years. Terrible company absolute scammers. Would not recommend. Will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau.
I advise everyone who needs an installation or anything about a new furnace stay far away from this company. I’ve never been this upset with a business. We used for repairs and loved everything about the company, so didn’t get any second opinions before getting a whole new furnace, and I regret it so much. They broke wires in the wall when redoing the thermostat and originally put the new thermostat in the basement by the floor, and then I called five times to have someone fix the wires (we paid for a “smart” thermostat) and they just put in one that communicates wirelessly to the one in the basement. Making it where we can never use a regular thermostat again. Then here we are many months later and we have called multiple times and STiLL haven’t gotten the difference back for the lower priced thermometer. They also made multiple mistakes installing furnace and ducts and my husband had to fix a few things and I just noticed all our AC is blowing out of the crack they didn’t seal in the furnace. (This is my original review for the diagnostic guys, who we used about a year prior to getting a furnace:Incredible experience from the phone call, through the service. So professional, friendly, and helpful. Also an amazing price for diagnostic. Will only use this company from now on and will recommend to everyone. It’s also awesome they offer a yearly “membership plan.” The technician was informative and thorough and seemed to actually care. The customer service truly felt like we were the only ones, even though I know they’re busy. If I could give 100 stars, I would!)
Sean Donoho was an amazing technician!!! He took care of all my questions and made sure my system was working top notch for the summer season. Sean is a very knowledgeable and trustworthy guy. I will always want Sean for help on any of my HVAC needs. He is a great representative for the business and another great experience by the individuals from Swan! Would recommend Sean and Swan to anyone!
Swan a very good company with excellent service and technicians. Today just service maintenance on my system. Trenton abbott was my tech and was thorough and personable. It's a pleasure working with this company. I highly recommend Swan for all your Heating and air needs.
I needed a new hot water tank gave them a call on Memorial day. A young man came out gave me a bid made a comment as he was leaving that I should have headed. The following day they came out replacing the hot water tank. The young man that replaced the water heater had no respect for me as a woman and a homeowner. He did damage to the closest door and did not leave things as he found them. I believe I was there first installation that morning and he should up in dirty clothes. That should have been my first clue. He was very unprofessional with his appearance and with my home I would recommend them for any job.
I don't write many reviews, but I wanted to give my recommendation for Swan Heating & Air. From start to finish, they were extremely professional. They quickly solved my problem and the cost of the service provided was a great value. I also want to praise Russell K., the technician who performed the work. He has great customer service skills to match his expertise. It was one of the most pleasant service visits I have had in a long time, which is saying a lot because we all know that having to call for service is a very unpleasant thing to do.
Swan delivered an excellent result and an outstanding experience in replacing and upgrading our furnace, air conditioner, humidifier, hot water heater, and thermostat. The office contact was professional and responsive. Micah was very helpful in explaining all our options and tradeoffs, and providing a clear and fair quote, with timely responses. Zachary and Pete did high quality installation work throughout, while being consistently courteous, professional, and respectful, patiently answering all our questions. Overall, we had an excellent experience with Swan for our HVAC purchases and installations, along with a new hot water heater. Would definitely recommend Swan and use them again.

I had a new furnace and air conditioner installed in late October 2022. Spent 20K. They have been back 5 times, had to replace thermostat, city asked them to come back out for furnace install and now have no AC. This is not a local company it is owned by Service Champions out of CA. Please feel free to contact me if you are going to use this company. They are not at all interested in making it write. Really discouraged that this company is so greedy with poor installation.
Incredibly friendly, timely, and efficient! We will definitely use Swan again for HVAC needs, and we will absolutely recommend them to family and friends!
I used Swan's free 2nd opinion service about a recently installed HVAC system in my house by a different company. Isaac arrived on time with mask & booties. He was preceded by a confirmation text & identification picture. He was able to confirm what I had suspected and pointed out additional fatal flaws of a $15K system from a top company that apparently had some new guys installing. Isaac was very helpful. Swan has an excellent way of doing business and I can believe they are the top HVAC re-installers in North Front Range of Colorado. Then they follow up to make sure the customer is happy and they did a good job. I'm impressed. Update May, 2023 - Swan continues to be great! For their scheduled maintenance they have a very detailed checklist and they take a picture of each item measured or completed, and then go over it item by item with me at the end. I really appreciate the very complete service.

Had a couple issues after install and Brock came out to fix them. He was amazing, and fixed all the issues we had. Great experience.

As it turned out I didn't need the service that was scheduled. I was going to have the dryer vent cleaned out. After using the camera inside the vent it was determined it wasn't necessary. Troy was the tech and was very honest with me about the vent not needing cleaning. Give that man a raise! Thank you! John B.
Sean has been out 2 times, 1st check furnace, due to no heat, came today ac maintenance. I absolutely feel I have found my perfect heating and air business. ( I have been a swan customer for at least 3 years). I can’t pick just 1 thing I love best about swan. So blessed to have Swan. Love Sean, he is a pleasure to welcome to my home, I don’t feel nervous when I know he is coming. He is a true pleasure, can joke with him, he is prompt, professional, I feel ,I can honestly trust Sean. And I also am blessed to have talked to Christy on phone. I feel like Christy knows me, she is professional, ,sincere, kind. I don’t know Christy personally, makes me feel like a friend not a customer,but she is so kind, goes above and beyond. Swan in my opinion, is blessed to have Sean, and Christy. They make me feel, I am truly a valued customer. Thanks Swan
Swans is a great company, home owners should check out their membership program, it is a great value! Russell my tech came out recently and did an A/C annual thorough check up. Russell is always so nice and makes sure you understand what he is going to do, but afterwards goes over everything he did and how my system is. Again peace of mind for one of your homes major systems. Thanks Swans, and thanks Russell.
We had a issue with our heater and Russell came out and fixed the problem so fast! He offered great service and we had an excellent experience. I highly recommend them!
