They brought two technicians to the job site but only one did the work, the other just kinda sat in the corner and watched. Outstanding work in the end so I guess I shouldn’t complain!
Kuck Mechanical is a great company to work for. To be apart of a company where the owner cares about their employees is amazing. A company that acknowledges hard work and rewards their employees for their hard work. I am glad I became apart of the Kuck Team and know that this place is my home. I highly recommend Kuck Mechanical to anyone!

Incompetent and toxic management, horrible work atmosphere, pay far below industry average, and they wonder why there's an astronomical turnover rate. Avoid this place like the plague.
I have been an employee of Kuck Mechanical Contractors going on 18 years and couldn’t be happier. Great bunch of co workers and place to work. Owners and management are amazing and easy to work with. Everyone works together in a great family atmosphere. I would highly recommend starting or continuing your career here.
I had only been in Colorado a month when I was given the opportunity to work with the talented hard working guys in the sheet metal shop. It’s been almost 2 years and couldn’t be happier. The Kucks and everyone else have been welcoming and friendly, very much appreciated. Great place to work

Found this business simply because I was driving down 392 from south Fort Collins heading to Windsor on 11/8 about 11:00 am and I was being tailgated by a little white pickup truck even though I was going the speed limit. As we both got into Windsor and I could get over for this rude driver to pass me, they flipped me the bird and sped off but not before I could catch the business logo on the side. I hope your other employees don't behave this way when out and about in a company vehicle as it's a sure fire way to lose business before ever getting the opportunity to gain it in the first place.
Toxic environment to work. Lots of yelling and threats to employees.
I own Capitol Exterior, LLC and had the opportunity to work with Dave on a unique project which 3 other HVAC contractors wouldn’t touch. He took the project without hesitation, built some custom curbs & flashings for my project and installed them within my crunched timetable. His employees were incredible and the install went great. My client is very happy. I’d highly recommend Kuck Mechanical and would be happy to work with them again.
