James came to see us today to fix our air conditioner. He was very polite informant, prompt on his time when he said he would be here. He also it was very good at explaining to us the problem with our air conditioner and he was able to fix it quickly in one day. Best service I have ever experienced with any company. If you have stars I would give him five stars and call back when I need more help.
Very poor AC servicing company. I paid them the money to come out today, and took the day off of my jobs, and they didn’t show up nor did they call me to let me know they weren’t coming. I do not recommend this company, and I would go somewhere else.
I'm a single mom and I was very stressed out. I had a garage door that kept falling down, so I decided to call this company. They came out quickly and gave me the best price around! They were friendly and helpful, and they explained everything in detail. My garage door works like new now, and it's nice not having to worry about it!
I had a door that was off its track, and they came out and put it back on its tracks. I didn't have to wait long, the price was fair, and the experience was great.
I can't say enough good things about them. They are the best HVAC contractor in town and I'm so glad I found them. Not only do they do everything on time, but they are also very friendly and helpful. They gave me a free estimate and made sure that my new thermostat was installed correctly. My house is now so much warmer and more comfortable, plus there's no longer any noise from the old furnace!.
They are quite reasonable in pricing, always on schedule, and leave no mess behind. They have my highest recommendation for anyone looking for heating and cooling services.

I have received prompt service from Joe, he has always been on time well mannered and solved all issues in a timely manner. The only problem that I have had is with Leann from your office. She is very rude has used swear words while talking with me and scheduled an appointment for me that she cancelled without notifying me.
Ben's Commercial Heating And Air Conditioning technicians are very knowledgeable, professional and personable. I felt comfortable with them working in my house and they took great care of my house. They were very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend them.
This first experience was excellent. The install team were as friendly as the sales guy and did a good job on install and cleanup. Communication from the office, to the sales guy and install team was fantastic. I would highly recommended this company.
There have been several hiccups along the way in getting my AC fixed. These hiccups were sorted by Ben's Commercial Heating And Air Conditioning and each time I called I was given an honest answer and that is what you look for in a reputable company. I have no doubt I have chosen the right company to work on and maintain my AC.
In the middle of extreme cold our furnace went out and no heat could have meant busted pipes. Ben's Commercial Heating answered the call by sending Joe, an experienced, extremely competent, and very honest service pro who went over and above to restore heat in a very timely manner. I would definitely call them again for any heating and cooling needs.
The install by Craig was phenomenal. He was professional and knowledgeable. He cleaned up after he finished the job. Explained all the workings of my new unit and followed up the next day to make sure we were happy. I'm warm and happy! Thank you!!
Another wonderful experience with Ben's Commercial Heating And Air Conditioning . They were able to accommodate our rather tight timing window, sending out Craig to investigate why our AC was not working. He found the source of the problem immediately and fixed it quickly. He was courteous and friendly, and explained the situation clearly and completely. Always a pleasure to have a visit from them , even when the reason isn't a happy one
Ben was knowledgeable and friendly. We called him when our furnace was bad and he came quickly and fixed it for a reasonable price and gave us quotes for replacing the whole unit. He pointed out some potentially problematic areas on our air conditioner, but didn’t try to up sell us into making repairs. We will definitely use them in the future.
Have used Ben's Commercial Heating And Air Conditioning company twice since I knew them, first to replace my broken water heater and secondly to repair my AC unit which was only blowing hot air. The service techs were very prompt and respectful. They diagnosed and fixed the issues and communicated in a clear manner. Prices are straight forward and reasonable. Will always recommend them.
