Dave was punctual and very professional. He tested the AC unit outside and tightened some connections. We did a test and it was working. We went inside and everything tested good and replaced the filter.
Very organized and detail oriented. Time was taken to thoroughly explain all issues and their respective resolve. System was repaired in one visit and is working impeccably. Wonderful experience. I highly recommend Balance Point Heating and Air Conditioning and especially Dave as a technician.

I had a great experience from start to finish with Balance Point Heating and Air Conditioning. Karen was super-friendly setting up the service call. She was able to fit me in for a same day appointment. Dave arrived on time and quickly diagnosed and resolved my issue with my air conditioner. Dave did a great job of explaining the issue and how he resolved it as well as answering a few questions. Great customer service all around! #illbeback
We had a brand new HVAC system installed in our home this Spring. Callen and his crew were wonderful to work with and the work was done professionally and on schedule. We so enjoyed doing business with him and Balance Point that when one of our units at our store finally stopped working, I called Callen once again for a quote. He quoted the job, secured me great financing and started installation within a week! No other company offered that kind of promise or subsequent service. Needed help after we discovered this Spring (2023) that our A/C wasn’t creating cold air. Dave and am assistant came out and yes, after having some electrical work done the week prior, the breaker had been turned off. Always make sure the darn thing is actually turned on before calling for service! Dave did clean the unit coil and make sure all was in great operating condition. Did a great job, quick, and didn’t make me feel like an idiot for not checking the breaker box first! This is my only option in town for heating and A/C, period!
We trust this company enough to just open our garage remotely and let them do their work. They always do a great job and will be our go to for everything HVAC.
It was a good job all around. Helped me order the appropriate equipment for my house. Excellent installation. Very helpful and walking me through what they've done and how I can use the thermostat. I'm very pleased.
We contacted Balance Point Heating & Air Conditioning from a referral from Mitsubishi Electric to install a new Mitsubishi Multi-Zone Series Heat Pump and Rheem Heat Pump water heater. Beginning with making an appointment and communicating with the friendly office manager, Karen; meeting with the knowledgeable technician, Nick Mott, who made the detailed and precise quote of the equipment and installation costs; to the thoroughly expert and hard working technicians, Mick Welton and Kaleb White who installed the new system and removed the existing furnace and hot water heater -- all within four days -- it was a fine experience from beginning to end! We are impressed with the friendly and professional people employed by this company. Thank you all!

Huge thank you to Karen and our service technician Alan from Balance Point!! They rapidly scheduled, diagnosed and assisted me with what I thought was a furnace humidifier noise issue in our vent system but was actually caused by our water pressure, simple fix the same morning I called. I am as always amazed by their customer service and care. So glad we chose Balance Point for our new AC, furnace and tankless water heater.
Balance Point did a great job with my heat pump installation. They got through a lot of work in one day - not just the heat pump but also raising the furnace and adding a humidifier. Everything was installed properly and neatly and I'm so glad that I'll have air conditioning for the summer!

We just had a Lennox dual fuel (i.e., backup propane furnace and electric heat pump) air source heat pump installed by Alex Bowman and Anthony Saint-Roberts with Balance Point Heating and Air Conditioning. They were amazing problem-solvers as they wrangled the inside parts of the system into our very tiny utility closet with so little room to spare or maneuver. They were patient, kind-hearted, very professional, answered all our questions, and clearly intent on getting it all done just right, regardless of how nearly impossible it likely felt or how much time it took to work on site with sheet metal to custom build various duct/plenum sections so it would all fit the way it should so the system would run at its peak efficiency. They persevered until every detail was taken care of. We so appreciated their dedication. Ben, the salesperson we worked with, was also very patient and answered every one of our endless questions with generous explanations and reassurances. Karen in the office helped us out with issues we had accessing online paperwork from the financing company too. Now the new system is quietly purring along and we already feel more comfortable. We would recommend this company and our “A-Plus” Team of Alex and Anthony with all thumbs up!
