Discovered that our kitchen sink drain pipe was leaking behind the wall. We got quotes from a couple of plumbers and we chose Ace. The repair was a bit complicated because a previous remodel left the drain pipe threading through the back of a corner lazy susan cabinet with a narrow door opening. Adam (of Ace Hi) was able to make a minimal hole to the back of the cabinet to cut out the old pipe and install a new drain pipe in less than 2 hours. It cost less than 1/2 of what the highest quote was. Adam was very informative and showed that the old pipe had actually split where the other plumbers thought it was a bad joint at a 90 degree elbow.
I needed a dryer vent installed. Very prompt response. Came out that day and gave an estimate. Arrived early a few days later for installation. Very professional. Obviously know what they are doing. Rick the owner is friendly, fun and very efficient. Total bill was $350 less than estimate because they finished early. Even did a toilet repair before leaving. I wish I had used them years before now. Absolutely outstanding service.
We recently had a flood in our basement and we were lucky enough to work with Rick and the Ace Hi team. Rick demonstrated remarkable efficiency in addressing the problem. He wasted no time in assessing the situation and devising an effective plan of action. His prompt response alleviated much of the stress we were experiencing due to the flooding. It was evident that Rick understood the urgency of the matter and took immediate action to mitigate further damage. Good company and GREAT workers. Would definitely recommend!
Amazing! My heater and water heater went out. Rick was called and to my house within the hour. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Had the units back up and running in no time at all. He taught me what to look for and how to properly maintain the units! Thanks Rick!
As a Geriatric Care Manager, I am often responsible for overseeing repairs in the homes of my senior clients. I have used Ace High for many years. They are consistently professional, competent, kind, and trustworthy. The owners, Rick and Shawn, ALWAYS go above and beyond.
I absolutely LOVE Ace High, so much so that they are now saved in my contacts. I called them at the beginning of summer (while I was on vacation) because my sewage backed up on my pet sitter 2x while I was gone. They were so easy, and effortless to work with. They came right away (both times) and I have had them back multiple times since, for I needed a new sewage line and etc. With all the work they have done this year for me, I have had the pleasure to meet almost their entire staff, and I couldn't be more grateful. They are good, honest, and down to earth. My only complaint is that they didn't invite me to their holiday work party! But such is life! I would recommend them over and over again. Thanks Team Ace! I’ve used Ace Hi for a few years, sink issues. Recent drain clog became a major repair of rotted pipes under my basement, and 5 drains -all needing replacement. Ace Hi scheduled repair over 3 days, ahead of a big freeze and Christmas-on time, cement work coordinated, managed by Nick on site each day-protected furnace and hot water heater, furniture ,walls, etc from dust, amazing work, hustle and incredible value. Cleaned up everything-honest, awesome attitudes, excellent work. Thanks to a great crew and Shawn who explained everything -sent space heaters, protected carpets and kitchen floor-just the best.
Hands down, the best plumber on the front range. I had a leaking sewer pipe and Rick at Ace Hi dropped everything and came right over. They diagnosed the problem and started working immediately. They took before and after photos, explained their work and even recommended preventative maintenance to avoid this in the future. Highly Recommended!
I needed to have a new toilet put in. Guy came on time, was very polite and professional. He did the job fast and well. Took the old toilet with him and most importantly, left no mess behind. Very satisfied and will be happy to use them again
Rick (owner) came out and worked on my boiler heating system. He did a complete and thorough job and had the job completed in a timely manner. I have used Rick and Ace High for the past 10 years on several occasions, everything from small jobs to main water line replacement! He and his team have always done a great job, focusing on the quality of the job completed! I highly recommend their service!
Ace Hi went above and beyond!! We can not thank them enough! They were incredibly thorough in trying to trouble shoot our current tankless water heater. They had the parts, when it seemed like no one else in town had them. After much trial and error, it was determined that we needed a new machine. Their install was quick. Every staff member we talked to and worked with was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. What a blessing they are!! We highly recommend them as a number 1 go to company.
Ace Hi is a fantastic option for thorough work that’s done well. The owners are very kind and attentive and will make sure your problem gets taken care of. They went above and beyond to fix a persistent leak on my shower. Being a new home owner, this was very stressful to deal with but they took the time to fix my issue AND educate me on how to take care of my home. I will be suggesting anyone I know to come to Ace Hi as their first choice for plumbing or HVAC work!
I just wanted to send thanks and praises for Nick and his colleague that replaced our toilets and fixed our shower. They were pleasant guys and did a wonderful job with 2 toilet replacements and fixing our shower. Nick had to install a panel through a closet and it looks fantastic. Great communication and coordination from the office. Thanks, Ace!
Rick is always so prompt and does great quality work! We called on a holiday weekend and he was there in 15 minutes and took care of the problem. We needed them again today, and as usual Rick came over in a very timely manner and gave us all the help we needed. Great company!
I have used Ace Hi on several occasion for 3 old, rustic cabins. Yesterday was the most recent: a second opinion on a major drain clog that another plumbing company worked on for 8 hours without resolution short of excavating outside the cabin. Mark came to give a second opinion and within an hour or so he had solved the problem - no excavation. Mark, and another employee from the past, has always been kind, patient, truthful, and offers tips for best maintenance of old systems. It's wonderful to have professionals that I trust. Mark, don't you EVER retire!!

Rick from Ace Hi came out on Christmas morning to address an issue at our rental house. He was very responsive and took care of two issues so that the tenants could have water on Christmas day. We really appreciated their willingness to get out and take care of people, even on a holiday when I'm sure they would have preferred being at home with family.
Rick is knowledgeable and honest. Ace Hi is my go to when I need HVAC or plumbing work done. They’ve done 2 repairs for me and I’m extremely satisfied with the results. 5/5
Previous A/C and furnace needed to be replaced. Went with Ace-Hi and couldn’t be happier. Very responsive and the work was excellent! Had both HVAC and plumbing work done and they were great at both. Would recommend to anyone!!
We've had two amazing experiences with Ace Hi. First, our house had a water main leak that Ace Hi was able to fix by boring under our front yard and replacing our main line. This was done incredibly quickly and professionally, and even made sure we had running water in the house throughout the process. Very thoughtful! Second, our kitchen sink suddenly stopped draining and Ace Hi was able to come out within 24 hours of us calling to fix the problem. Zach and Jonas were punctual, professional, cheerful, and thorough, ensuring the job was done properly. Highly recommend!
