They were very professional. My issue was repaired promptly. I would highly recommend this company.
I waited a long time to write this review, hoping the company would respond to my concerns and offer a resolution, because they initially did a great job. In addition to other work, they installed a split unit in our sun room but it was not the right size to adequately heat or cool the room. It was a complete waste of money, and we had gone off their recommendation and expertise. They sent technicians out to confirm the unit they installed was too small for the space, but then they completely stopped responding to me. I was looking for a solution for the room so we can use it year-round and some sort of compromise/credit to replace with a new unit. I would have been happy with ANY response to acknowledge the mistake and to let me know the options and cost. We invested a lot of money into a unit that doesn’t work. I was very disappointed with my experience and won’t use them again. A response would still be appreciated.
Super nice and reliable technician. He went above and beyond to repair our outdoor outlet. Reasonable price as well. Will definitely utilize their services in the future.
Great and informative technician
The electrician who came to my home didn't know what he was supposed to do. He said he was told just to come to my address. Luckily, i had already texted the needed work with necessary parts to your office. Your office provided the cost earlier that day. If I hadn't done that, I don't know what the cost would've been. I'd suggest having your workers be informed of the purpose of the visit.
We had our electrical panel replaced in July. I emailed asking if it needed to be inspected by the city. No response. I finally got ahold of someone 4 months later and was told an electical panel replacement didn’t need an inspection. In the meantime I had already found out from the city that it is required. If I were to have a fire and it was the cause of it and there was no inspection my insurance wouldn’t cover it. Very disappointed in the fact that TKO was not honest with me when I asked. The tech had to come out a few times to fix things before it passed inspection. 5 months after the install it finally passed inspection.
this company had an employee working in NC wreck into my car. They then gave a invalid insurance number for coverage When i reached out to see what could be done with the situation i was drug around for over a month. I was told they would handle the situation and asked me to go get estimates from 2 places, which i did on my days off only to be told they would no longer help me. Now my number has been blocked and I'm now stuck with $3500 worth of damage and no help. I hope they do better with insurance for home repairs.
Take your business elsewhere, these guys are pro scammers

TKO Electrical did a fantastic job repairing some electrical issues we were having. The staff were very professional and on time. They completed the repairs quickly and with no issues. I would highly recommend this company.

Came to do a free estimate but never sent over even after calling and emailing to receive.
I had sparks coming out of my ceiling fan/light fixture. Called TKO the next morning and had a technician arrive that day to make repairs. Great service

On time and responsive. TKO has completed several electrical projects for us over the years and we have always been pleased.
We hired TKO to install our new A/C and furnace. They sent an installer who had no idea what they were doing and it took two months to actually get the A/C working. They still haven't finished the job and it's a year later. They are not very responsive to our calls and point us to someone to get it fixed who doesn't even work at the company anymore. Do not recommend.
TKO no-showed on us twice and only offered to to squeeze us in one more time after we left a negative review on here. After the visit, they quoted us over $600 for work needed "to get up to code" so we brought in a second electrician in who confirmed it was already up-to-code and only charged us for an inspection. If the owner spent less time on here responding to every review, less time trying to upcharge customers, and more time improving the business, I wouldn't have to be here writing this.

This company really knows what it is doing and has exemplary customer service.
One of their service vans almost ran my wife and I into a median and then proceeded to jump 4 lanes of traffic with no blinker, narrowly missing other cars. I called, no answer so I left a message. If you're in the trades, you need to be more professional than this. EDIT: I left the license plate number in my voice message.
