I've used them for my heating and cooling requirements for a number of years. Their labour and service are always of a high calibre, and I appreciate that. They are really courteous and professional, and their rates are fair. I'd suggest them to everyone!

“tech Eric went out to his location and told him he needs new coils and was trying to get his card information and bill him for $10000“ this is the subject line for an email they sent me after Eric came out. It is completely accurate too, the tech Eric was trying everything to get card information for a bill of $10,000 because “we need everything replaced”. He said it’s $10,000 if you do it today after today it’s going to be $12,000. After getting a second opinion from a trusted source, he was able to find the issue and solve it and said everything looked alright. I would not recommend these people, they’re more worried about selling than actually solving the problem. 0/5.
Long Tree HVAC Pros just did HVAC work for my home. They are a professional company with great work ethic and skilled people. I will always use them for my HVAC work. They analyzed then made suggestions then quoted a fair price on the work.
I was told I had a confirmed appointment so I didn’t have a back up plan knowing the heat is an issue this weekend. Our AC units have been down. Not only did they not show, there was no call. I see the great reviews and maybe this is a one off. However, a one star is warranted for this circumstance.
The technicians arrived on time, were friendly ,polite and honest. They explained to me what they were going to do and answered all of my questions. They did an excellent job and their charges were very fair.I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.
Long Tree HVAC Pros is simply the best, I won't use any other company. My AC went out over the weekend, and Long Tree HVAC Pros was the ONLY company out of several others to get back to me right away and schedule someone to come out and fix it. Chris was extremely professional, friendly and had the unit back to normal in just 30 minutes. Smiling all the way!
Long Tree HVAC Pros came out to service my AC on Memorial Day weekend when I couldn't get anyone else out. We even had a maintenance agreement with another local company which was supposed to ensure priority service in these situations but they couldn't come out for several days.
Long Tree HVAC Pros are the best! Have used them for a few months now and never disappointed in service and care! Not only do they do great work and give great service they care about their customers. That is hard to find these days. I highly recommend Long Tree HVAC Pros!!
