Excellent prices, nice people, and first-rate service.

Terrible customer service. Had appointment between 1-4, I called to check the status after waiting at the house for a couple of hours and they said the tech had emergency and unable to make it. They can schedule me next week. Curious if they would have called to let me know if I continue to wait around on my Friday afternoon. Disappointing!

My review history on services is All positive on google! Until now.. I contacted this company Sunday morning to help with my heating system. On the spot they signed me up for a membership and scheduled an appointment. They didnt show up, i called and they gave me and new time frame, didnt show up. They set 2 other appointments again on monday. And still didnt show up. I called and asked for a manager since I already paid them and the rep hung up on me after telling me I can call the next day. I left a review on Facebook, and I mins a tech named Eric called and said he'll be here today at 6. I called to confirm and he said "i was reassigned so i am not coming" I called back to the office and the dispatch said "I put in a request for a manager to call you". They took my money and didnt provide any service. They didn't call me to let me know the appointments have changed. Waste of time and energy and very unprofessional. Last option they said is "we can just cancel".. no accountability no empathy! The worst I've dealt with.
My home's aging furnace and air conditioner were replaced by a technician from Sublime HVAC Guild. I did a lot of research and got some quotes from other installers. The proposal from Sublime HVAC Guild was very competitive for high-quality equipment; they have credentials and positive reviews. The installation was completed on time, in a clean, and professional manner. After that, the service manager called to see if I was happy with the service, and I said yes. They've earned a 5-star rating and my endorsement.
Sublime HVAC Guild is a wonderful company to work with. Kevin and his crew showed up on time, introduced themselves and did a neat, prompt and very efficient job. It took them less time than I expected, explained what they were doing and why they were doing it. Overall the job was meticulously done! Highly recommend!
Kevin was the specialist that came out to clean our ducts. He was quick, professional, and outgoing. He went above and beyond and gave me tips on maintenance of my system that I could do on my own. He showed me some rusted spots in my ducts that he had scraped, but told me I could further protect them with rust oleum. I highly recommend Sublime HVAC Guild and Kevin - they do quality work and have incredible customer service!
Technician was very experienced, knowledgeable, and informative. He explained what causes heaters to have problems, how to avoid the problems and what to expect from the heater in the near future. I know he saved my family a lot of money from future problems. I would highly recommend Sublime HVAC Guild to my friends and family for any heating, air conditioning, or water heater needs.
