I was very pleased with my furnace, air conditioner and water heater installations by JM Heating & Air and would highly recommend them. They are the most professional people of any company I've ever worked with, and they know their products well.
Jason, Shad and Tanner were all great to work with from the time Jason first came to give us a bid through the installation process. Jason priced out three different systems for us and took time to walk us through the advantages of each with no pressure. The installation went smoothly and on schedule. No complaints here! I have already recommended JM Heating to our friends.
JM Heating and Air are great. The technicians were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. They did a great job replacing our HVAC system. We will use this company for our systems maintenance in the future.

We purchased a MagicPak HVAC for our second story condo. Erika was great talking with to plan the HVAC replacement and answered any questions I had. Shad and Jason did great with all work regarding the HVAC and the thermostat, however we were disappointed with some of the damages in the process. Our deck and railing were gouged, and in order to get the old unit out they ripped the door frame off which we now have to replace. I understand some of the cosmetic carpentry is not their job, I just wish they had done or said something about it. Jason stopped by a day later to replace the thermostat, he gave us a couple phone numbers of people who could help. At least we got a small discount which will help pay for the repairs.
Called JM Heating when my water heater went out. They responded quickly, and got me a new tankless heater to replace. The staff was friendly and professional. Thanks again for the help.
Jason, Erika, Tanner and Shad are all amazing people. Came over within 20 minutes of calling. Spent two days over here making sure everything was working properly. Super great service. Great people. Truly hard to find this level of customer support.
JM Heating was so helpful! I had an issue that other companies could not figure out with a new furnace. Jason came and took his time and listened to what was happening. They were able to fix the problem. Everyone in the office, and the people who came to the house, were professional, on time, very clean, and polite. They were really easy to work with and they solved the problem. I would highly recommend them!
Jason and his team installed a new furnace the same day. It is a quality furnace and professional installation. We have great efficient heat in the house now. We are comfortable on the house but saving money on our utility bill

Great company. Finally landed on JM after being stood up by ARS four times. They came out, diagnosed the problem, order the parts and had it respaired in no time. Totally happy with this experience!
Pretty important to have working heat in February in the foothills! JM Heating and Air was super fast and communicated along every step, showed up on time, and ultimately had me back up and heating in less than 24hrs! I wont use another company, Jason and Erika are awesome to work with.

These guys were very good. Prompt arrival, did good work, finished earlier than anticipated. Price was honest and fair. I'll be going back to them for any ductwork, AC, or heating in the future.
Back in 2018 we had them come out to replace a broken furnace in the dead of winter. Not only did they come out quickly and give us a detailed run down of what furnace we needed for our house (and also what would be overkill so that we didn’t overspend) they also helped us pick out a new full a/c system as our house did not previously have one and summer times had been miserable, and a smart thermostat. They managed to install the ac unit and furnace quickly (even though our utility closet is not against an external wall and my wife and I thought it would be impossible to get the lines outside) and also set us up with a 0% apr card (it was through Wells Fargo but I won’t hold it against them). All in all it was affordable, quick, easy, and the installation techs were super friendly and helpful while they were here.

We reached out to a handful of contractors and we liked Jason and his team the most and they had the best quote by far. The install went smoothly and the new heater/humidifier and AC are awesome. We also replaced the water heater so it was a large job but glad we did it!

Jason is one of the best home maintenance professionals that we have ever worked with. Jason and his team recently installed a new furnace, water heater, and air conditioning unit at our home.
