Ultimate Heating & Cooling was absolutely fantastic! The technicians made sure that everything got pulled together, they have a great attitude and iare a pleasure to work with. In short I believe that I made a very good choice to go with Ultimate Heating & Cooling 07.05.2023 Joshua Kiess was the technician sent to do the work. He fixed the problem and did a final check to make sure everything else was in order. He found a second issue.The part was under warranty.He picked up a replacement and quickly replaced it. Once again I'm very pleased with Ultimate.

We just bought our house and discovered the A/C was not working correctly so we reached out to Ultimate Heating and Cooling as they had previously serviced. In less rhan 24 hours, they had a technician here. Kyle was great! He explained everything well to us and got our unit pushing some serious cold air really fast! I’d definitely recommend and use them again.
Our first interaction with ULTIMATE was an emergency call after our AC went out. They were able to come out, obviously for a fee that was not outlandish. This unfortunately was not our first emergency issue but ULTIMATE was by far the most professional and honest. The issue was identified very quickly and no unnecessary things were peddled to us for purchase. Appreciate their professionalism and we will plan to transition our maintenance care to them.
I am very happy with my mini split system. Ultimate came up with a solution that is perfect for my house.
Alistair was great, in and out and our AC is back up and booming. It was a rough couple days when as new tenants we realized the AC had actually been frozen after the the June gloom temperatures subsided and were replaced by the summer CO heat. Now, we are cool and happy customers over here, can’t recommend enough!
Josh was great! He checked everything for us and found the problem and explained why the system wasn’t working for us! Fixed the problem and made sure we noticed the difference before he left!
Ultimate Heating gave me good advice on my HVAC system. A new furnace and air conditioner was installed in December 2022. More recently, a second heating and cooling zone was added to my house, as well as an upgraded air filtration system. I highly recommend Kyle and other technicians at Ultimate, and will be using them again!

Kyle came during the window advertised, got right to work, did what he said he would do with regard to general maintenance, and communicated clearly issues that need to be addressed. Louis also came during his window, identified and corrected the problem with our plumbing same day. Plus, he was super friendly!!!
Our technician Mark was outstanding. Showed up early, very polite. Solved our AC issue. Perfect all the way around.

Not only did they take the time with us over the phone, but the technician that came out knew exactly what to do and arrived in a timely manner in and had us taken care of quickly. I had Derek F. At my house to perform an electrical repair. He was very upfront on the pricing and was able to diagnose the problem relatively quickly. He was very professional. Derek interacted with my son as he saw his guitar around and he asked to see and play it for him. I highly recommend this company and technician for any electrical problems. Ross was great! He did a thorough inspection of my AC system. He gave me a thorough diagnosis and options on replacing my system. I highly recommend him and their company.
Kyle has been extremely helpful and I trust him. He is usually the person that comes to my house which gives me some peace of mind. I appreciate his knowledge, honesty, communication, and attention to details. The scheduling staff are kind and helpful as well. We had our basement duct finishes done by Ultimate several years ago, as well as our HVAC system replaced a few years, and now we are having a tank water heater replaced with a tankless. It’s nice to have the knowledge that all the work is done with one company and I don’t have to keep track of which job was done by whom. Needless to say, I was happy to see they now offer tankless water heaters. Update: I had Derek and Jeremy out for electric and plumbing inspection/check as part of the membership I bought. They were both great. Derek walked me through everything he was checking and looking for. I learned a lot about my house and the electrical.
Ultimate is our go-to for HVAC and now plumbing/electrical. They are responsive, professional and I know the work will be done right. Today Louis took the extra time answer all my questions and to figure out exactly where the problem was in my system and made sure everything was working correctly before he left. I really appreciate working with people who are dedicated to doing excellent work.
We have had a great experience from start to finish with ultimate heating and cooling. Kyle came out and looked at our unexpected situation and gave us a great quote and multiple financing options and we chose the one that was best for us. Sam and Jorge were our installers for our HVAC system and they were amazing. They worked very efficiently and clean. Also took the time to explain how everything works and help us set up the new thermostat. Everyone we talked to from the office was great as well and we definitely use ultimate in the future for any needs.
We have been impressed with Ultimate Heating and Cooling over the past year. They did a great job installing our new system last spring and now they just came by to inspect it to make sure it is working correctly.
