Now heating & Air were easy to work with. The technicians, Zach and Hunter were professional and did an excellent job for my AC maintenance. I asked about a new thermostat and they told me about the one of one the thermostats the company offers, the warranty and the price. The price was to high for my budget but it sounded like a good deal. I will use this company again. Thank you, Zach!!! Thank you, Hunter!!

1000% satisfied with the work Justin and Zack did in cleaning my Mini split evaporators. I was convinced the problem was low freon. These two young men suggested cleaning the three evaporators first. They were correct to start with the cleaning. The evaps were filthy I had always cleaned the filter screens ,but didn't look at any other parts. The system is working as well as it did when installed. They even checked the freon pressures to ensure they were correct. To me it was nice to see the younger generation (both are 33) be respectful and kind to me I'm 73. Thank you both. You guys are my go to team and NOW is my go to company. Mike

Ian has been our 'guy' for quite a few years now, and he has always been super reliable, his work is top notch and he does such a great job of communicating to us about all the work that he does. He just finished installing our new thermostat and serviced the entire HVAC system, and he was on time, fast, thorough, and as always very friendly and answered all my questions. Super kudos to you Ian, I hope Now Heating and Air knows what a fantastic employee they have in you!

We had Now Heating and Air put in our heat/cooling system just a few years ago and they did a great job. We are very happy with our systems and their technicians have always been great. But I just had them out for a Spring service- just cleaning the AC and furnace and doing a once-over (on only 3 year old equipment). Everything is working great and no repairs were needed. It had been two years since last cleaned but nothing crazy. They quoted over $2,000 (closer to 3K) to service/clean. The technician even tried making certain items free to get the estimate down but it was still in the thousands (the technicians were still really great). Their deal is that you pay that much initially which includes a 'membership fee' that was somewhere around $400 and then next time they come out, it's only $250. My jaw literally dropped when I saw the estimate. We just had another reputable company come and do the work and it took about 40 mins and cost $200. This company used to be amazing. It's too bad it was bought out- we won't use them anymore and it's a shame because we really trusted them. I hate to think of them taking advantage of people who don't know better. I can't imagine what they charge for putting in new equipment if a bi-annual service is over $2k.

First off, the technician, office staff, and quality of work were great. Very responsive, polite, knowledgeable, and high quality service. The reason for the two star review is solely on price and value. We've used NOW for almost 3 years now, and until this last visit, their prices were very fair. Unfortunately, they have since significantly increased their prices to the point of being unacceptable. Less than 2 hours for annual servicing our tankless water heater cost ~$800, and less than 2 hours of service replacing our swamp cooler water line cost $950. Maybe this is the reality of pricing in Denver now, but we will certainly be looking for alternatives.

Miguel came out and met me at my house to preform an assessment of my homes old AC unit and provide an estimate for new unit. Miguel spoke very well. was professional, knowledable, and very easy to work with. I had not heard of a heat pump however after Miguel explained it to me I was sold, excellent job best service I've had in a long time! Thanks George Perez

Got two heat pumps installed for A/C in my large house that previously only had a swamp cooler. Overall, I had a good experience, but the timeline was slowed down by almost a week. Additionally, they tried to include furnace replacement in the initial estimate, despite not needing new furnaces. Sa far, the units seem to be cooling well, but I will have to wait until July/August to see how they really do

I used Now Heating and Air to install a new furnace and to add a heat pump to replace our swamp cooler. When I first agreed to do this project, I was told that the interest rate on our 10-year loan would be 6.9%. Even when filling out the loan application, I asked why the numbers didn't seem right. I was told that it was fine and it would all be figured out before the final loan is ready to go. Then after the work was done at my house (no paperwork to be seen before the work started), I was asked to sign off on the loan at 10.9%. I was told that this was the best the loan company was able to do even though my credit score is about as high as it gets. And I want to be clear… I was given no paperwork to sign off on about this interest rate hike before they started the work. In addition, the project ended up taking 3 days because they came to my house with faulty equipment 2 days in a row. We had 2 cold nights without a working furnace because of the faulty equipment, which was unfortunate because we have a toddler and a baby at home. They came back late with small space heaters that we didn’t feel comfortable using in the kids rooms because they got very hot to the touch. While the furnace and heat pump itself ended up being what they quoted, The electrical portion of the project was quoted to me at around 700-800. It ended up being 2K. I’m glad the system seem to be working fine so far, because I likely wouldn’t have agreed to do this project at the higher interest rate. The favorable interest rate I was initially told was a selling point and part of the reason I agreed to do the project in the first place. The techs themselves were overall friendly and communicative, but when I expressed my frustration to our sales rep and to the main office, communication was poor and I got the vibe that this was my own problem to deal with. Which is fine, but that is why I am leaving a review when I typically would not. I will be getting my new system serviced elsewhere.

The installers did a wonderful job in the installation and they were very friendly, they were responsive to my inquiries, and were quick to remedy any issues. Each tech person made every effort to answer my questions and provided me with clear guidance about my furnace replacement.

Well, here we are 3 months later and we finally got our very noisy heater fixed. Still no word on why it takes up to 5 times to light off.

Tried to get a quote but no one showed, no one called and when I emailed the client relations manager I got no reply! Then they sent me a review link?? Bad on there part! I feel like they could be a scam company or something. 0 follow thru and 0 communication. Good luck with this one!

Justin was knowledgeable and professional. He was also great with my dogs. He wore his booties even though I let him know he didn’t have to. He provided options and wasn’t pushy at all about any of them. He made sure I knew exactly what the options included!

I want to stress that the technician was incredible. He was communicative, on time, respectful and professional. The experience this time around with Now H&A was a little strange, though, because of the surrounding circumstances. 5 or 6 years ago, Now H&A installed our new furnace and we had a maintenance plan so that once a year a technician would come inspect and clean for about 200$, and sell us a new filter. We loved it and Benny, the technician, even became friends with my kids over time. Then, after our Oct. 2020 maintenance visit, we didn't hear from the company any more. We still got the generic seasonal emails, but we received no more calls for our annual maintenance visit. We just figured Covid had put a wrench into things. Then, the other day, a rep from Now H&A left a message saying how excited they were to offer a furnace "inspection" for 20$. We agreed, and I told her over the phone that we used to see them once a year. She said, "We're so glad to have you back." The technician showed up, inspected the furnace, and asked if we were interested in "a cleaning and setting up an annual subscription maintenance service," and said he would be happy to write a quote. We were interested (it sounded like what we used to have). The price for cleaning, subscription and a new filter would be about 850$. He explained that it's just "how they start the plans," but next year the inspection/cleaning would just be 200$ or so like normal. I asked how much it would be for just the filter. He explained that it would be 175$, but he didn't have any with him. He could drive and get one in 2 hours. Meanwhile, I found the filter on Amazon for almost half that price (193$ for a 2-pack), so I thanked the technician, and he left. As promised, the inspection was 20$. There were a few weird things about this whole experience. Since the company can see my file, it seems like there should have been no surprises, and a lot of this conversation should have taken p

Albert and Eddie installed our new boiler neatly and very quickly. They were courteous and clean, and made sure we had heat by the end of the second day of work.
