Our humidifier thermostat went out. Scott came out and honored the work warranty without question and resolved our issue quickly.
Fantastic service! My air conditioning stopped working during the night........forecast was another day in the high 90's. I didn't think I would get anyone to come out before the weekend, but Scott made time. I contacted him and he responded quickly. He was able to come same day. He diagnosed the problem quickly and he had things up and running again within a half hour. I will be contacting Premier Comfort Heating and Air for any future issues and I feel confident referring them to others.
Highly Professional and Knowledgeable. Great company to deal with. We were having issues with our AC unit and called Scott at Premier Comfort. We got a scheduled visit within a couple of days and they arrived on time. Scott went right to work on troubleshooting the issue and quickly identified our problem. He explained to me what the issue was, what it would take to fix it, and how much it would cost. After we agreed to continue, he quickly performed the work as described and our issue was resolved. If you are in the market for HVAC Service and Repair, I highly recommend giving Premier Comfort a call. This is a company you will want to have their Phone number on your furnace for easy reference!
Wow...Excellent service! When my blower went out in the middle of 90+++ degree heat wave. Scott at Premier saved me money by finding a less expensive, but BETTER quality replacement, AND had it installed same day. Really great at communicating status of finding parts and his eta to my house, so I wasn't left wondering what was going on. This is the kind of business, you want to do business with.
This was the best service I've got. Very honest and knowledgeable. Other ac companies I had services was terrible. Premier comfort is the best.
This is the first time I've used Premier Comfort Heating and Air, LLC but it won't be the last. After 9 years in our current home, I feel like this is the first time any HVAC company has been honest and actually knew what the problem was. Scott and his assistant arrived early, got right to the source of the problem and corrected the issue, and the charge was very reasonable. It's refreshing to have had such excellent, and I believe, ethical service!
Our AC went out right before a couple of 100 degree days. I struggled to get call backs from other HVAC companies in the summer heat. Scott got back to me within an hour, and had me up and running the next day. He replaced a faulty capacitor on our old unit and filled the refrigerant back to the right levels. He saved me and my family dealing with some intense heat. His prices were spot on as well. I’ll be going to him for all my HVAC needs in the future. Scott knows his stuff!
Scott came out Saturday Feb. 13, 2021, one of the coldest days this year and fixed my furnace. I've had 2 different companies come out and could not find the problem. Scott went above and beyond to find the problem and fix it. He was also very reasonably priced for a Saturday. Please call Scott if you have any Furnace or AC problems, I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone who asks.
Its 100 degrees outside and my AC quits working, just like hundreds of others in Denver Metro area. Every place I call is booked solid at least two weeks out. Scott from Premier Comfort fits my AC into his schedule to take a look the very next day. Once he got to our house he diagnosed and fixed the issue within minutes. He could have taken advantage of our situation, but instead was professional, and fixed the AC quickly and for a reasonable price. I know Premier Comfort is where I will be going for all future heating and AC needs.

Scott and his team did a great job installing new ac and furnace in my home. They were prompt, professional, worked quickly, and did an overall great job. I highly recommend them and will call them for any hvas work I need in the future.

Super professional crew, including owner, came and installed new HVAC system (furnace/AC). Super clean job inside and out. Moved A/C to other side of house as well. Everything completed exceptionally well. Recommend.
Our AC compressor went down on out into right before the heat spell swept through Denver. Scott was able to get somebody to our house immediately for a diagnoses. We received the bad news that the unit is bad, but Scott was able able quickly install a new until a couple days later. Since then, our air has been working wonderfully, and we can see the price savings on electric bill. I definitely recommend Scott if you live in the Denver area.
Y'all we went from having a house that was 85 degrees everyday for the last 2 months, to having a cool comfortable house when its 90 outside. I can tell you it is HEAVEN having an a/c. Our house is so old (built in the 60s ish) we never had an a/c so when they came in and were able to put one in, we were so grateful! They did it so well and one of my favorite things is their work isnt an eye sore! It looks good and professionally done. 100% recommend

Scott and Crew are amazing.....I called on Monday as a friend's home was registering at 58 degrees throughout the night. He immediately responded. We thought the furnace may need to be replaced, which is a huge expense. Scott fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes and then recommended my friend replace the motor, which is much more cost effective for her as she is on a fixed budget. Cudos to Premier Comfort Heating and Air, LLC. You can definitely trust them.
My 23 year old unit went down on superbowl sunday and I called several places. Scott was the 1st to reply and came 1st thing monday morning. He diagnosed the unit and gave me price to fix it. Wasn't even pressured into a new unit. Given the age I decided to go new and was given two different prices on units...again wasn't pressured either way. Scott came out the next day and got me up and running. We love our new unit and can't believe how much of differnce it makes!
