We thought we had a leak of a bad wax ring under our downstairs commode and called Fix It 24/7. Zach responded and pulled the toilet only to discover a crack in it. He was able to locate a replacement toilet and replaced it that afternoon. His service was quick, professional and he went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the completed project. Had a great experience with Fix-It! Our AC stopped working on a Friday night and we were able to get it fixed by Saturday afternoon. Our technician, Chris was fantastic! He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and, most importantly, swiftly got our unit up and running again. Highly recommend!
Greg was very professional and courteous. He quickly identified the issue. Unfortunately, it was a service provider issue. So, he was unable to fix it. I called the service provider and was informed that they were aware. Overall, awesome technician.
Greg was prompt and professional. He walked me through all the options and prices making sure I understood and was comfortable with the options I had for electrical work. He also mentioned potential upgrades for future proofing and continued safety of our home. His work was quick and efficient. I'm always pleased with our results as a Green Club member!

Logan was fantastic! He showed up on time, was extremely polite and made sure that I understood what he was going to do before he started and then went above and beyond to explain what I needed to keep an eye on moving forward. Absolutely no trying to sell me on unnecessary things but did tell me about a service plan which is cost effective and really makes sense. Plus the initial visit was SO inexpensive! Well worth the money and I would highly recommend!

Jacob was great. He took his time to review our HVAC systems. He cleaned everything and discussed options to proactively keep our systems running at top efficiency. I will recommend 24x7 to family and friends to keep their systems running.

We have enrolled in the green program a couple of months ago to maintain our HVAC systems. So far it has been good.
Six Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Josh checked all the boxes of expected professionalism - notification prior to arrival, arrival on time, covered the remediation plan with me, etc. I’m giving Josh 5 stars because, on top of his professionalism, he was extremely respectful to me and my home. We covered costs and potential costs before work even got started to set the appropriate level of expectation which, was very appreciated. No one likes to get stuck with a bill they didn’t know was coming. Lastly, he was simply enjoyable to talk with. He’s clearly skilled at his job, very professional and polite.
Nico was on site within an hour of me calling and replaced a GFCI in 10 minutes. Fast, efficient, and effective! Great experience!
